    i can remember feeling that way on this stack...
    i just wanted to keep training and training and training!

    i pretty much had to make myself leave the gym.
    i knew i was probably over-training, so i tried to compensate by getting extra sleep and food.

    315 x 3 - Kind of a big jump for me but my partner threw it on so I said what the hell.
    275 x 8 PR for reps!!! - This just felt extremely light. My goal was 6 and I hit that and kept going.

    Chest supported T-Bar
    2 pies x 6
    2p+25 x 6 *DS* 2p x 5 *DS* 1p x 10

    -Workout time was 54 minutes.
    -My back had a crazy pump!
    -I'm starting to feel my muscles getting more dense and taunt. For instance, on deads, I felt every muscle in my upper body tighten and stretch with the movement. Pretty wild feeling.
    -Today is an off day and Saturday is shoulders and tri's.

    -Unforunately this is where the workout grinded to a halt, 75 minutes.
    -The guy next to us needed a spot which is no big deal, but we started talking about the Pump and Run this coming Sunday at the Arnold since he's in it. By the time we finished BSing, I had cooled off. Not the end of the world.
    -This stack is awesome. I've been feelin' great on it. The muscle soreness is really lingering but its kinda nice feeling all that work I put in.

    - I usually throw in drop sets or burnouts but this one was all about ending heavy.
    - My weight is back up 3 lbs this week to 185.
    - Stack is great so far. I can really feel the Test and Stak kicking in. Alpha feeling is sky high right now.
    - Chest and Bi's on Wednesday.

    So this workout was a little different. I aimed for a higher rep range than I usually do. One thing I wanted to do was bench my BW for reps to see where I was at. Here's how it all went down...

    Hammer Holds
    - You hold the DB with your arm bent at 90 degrees for 10 sec, then down for 5 sec = 1 rep

    - The burn was crazy!

    - Workout time was 80 minutes.
    - My pump was unbelieveable!
    - This stack is going great! My strength is really improving. Now all I need is more sleep.
    -I'll be hitting Back later today.
