    So far I'm really liking this stack. Gains are great and I love the alpha feeling I'm starting to get. I just feel like I can't be stopped in the gym and that's a great feeling! I'm curious to see what I tip the scales at tonight.

    I'm sad to say I missed legs yesterday due to some family issues. I will be hitting chest and Bi's tonight.

    I will also look into getting some pics up in the near future.

    So the effects of my weekend took its toll on this workout. My tri's were still sore as hell and it really showed on my pressing. The bar seemed to fly off my chest but I stalled at lockout. My diet was off Sunday and Monday and that showed on the scale. Here's the workout...

    Chest & Bi's

    Flat BB

    135 x 10
    135 x 10
    185 x 8
    225 x 4
    245 x 1 +1 FR (forced rep)
    225 x 3
    225 x 3

    Incline BB
    155 x 8
    185 x 5
    205 x 2 +1 FR
    225 x 1 +1 FR

    Decline BB
    185 x 8
    205 x 6
    205 x 6

    Incline DB Flyes
    60 x 10 for 3 sets

    DB Curls
    35 x 8
    45 x 8 PR!!!
    50 x 5 PR!!!

    21's

    45 x 21
    55 x 21

    -Workout time was 79 minutes.
    -Weight was down a little: 181.6
    -I'm pissed about the weightloss and that personal issues effected it. Diet is getting turned up more.
    -I felt great the whole time in the gym. Strength wasn't bad really, and the pump was great.
    -Tri's are still sore today, wonderful.
    -This workout was day 11.

    i can remember feeling that way on this stack...
    i just wanted to keep training and training and training!

    i pretty much had to make myself leave the gym.
    i knew i was probably over-training, so i tried to compensate by getting extra sleep and food.

    -Workout time was 54 minutes.
    -My back had a crazy pump!
    -I'm starting to feel my muscles getting more dense and taunt. For instance, on deads, I felt every muscle in my upper body tighten and stretch with the movement. Pretty wild feeling.
    -Today is an off day and Saturday is shoulders and tri's.

    -Unforunately this is where the workout grinded to a halt, 75 minutes.
    -The guy next to us needed a spot which is no big deal, but we started talking about the Pump and Run this coming Sunday at the Arnold since he's in it. By the time we finished BSing, I had cooled off. Not the end of the world.
    -This stack is awesome. I've been feelin' great on it. The muscle soreness is really lingering but its kinda nice feeling all that work I put in.

    - Workout time was 71 minutes.
    - I usually throw in drop sets or burnouts but this one was all about ending heavy.
    - My weight is back up 3 lbs this week to 185.
    - Stack is great so far. I can really feel the Test and Stak kicking in. Alpha feeling is sky high right now.
    - Chest and Bi's on Wednesday.
