    60 x 15

    Incline DB Side Raises
    20 x 8
    15 x 10
    15 x 12

-On these is where my partner's RC started flaring up. He was pretty much done from here on out. He did hit some light presses while I did...

    Seated DB Press
    70 x 8
    70 x 8
    70 x 6

    Standing BB Press
    95 x 12
    95 x 10
    95 x 10 +1 FR (forced rep)

    Decline CGB
    135 x 15
    185 x 10
    205 x 5
    225 x 3 +1 FR (forced rep)

-Unforunately this is where the workout grinded to a halt, 75 minutes.
-The guy next to us needed a spot which is no big deal, but we started talking about the Pump and Run this coming Sunday at the Arnold since he's in it. By the time we finished BSing, I had cooled off. Not the end of the world.
-This stack is awesome. I've been feelin' great on it. The muscle soreness is really lingering but its kinda nice feeling all that work I put in.

So this workout was a little different. I aimed for a higher rep range than I usually do. One thing I wanted to do was bench my BW for reps to see where I was at. Here's how it all went down...

    Chest and Bi's

    Flat BB

    135 x 15
    165 x 8
    185 x 16 - BW for reps
    205 x 9
    185 x 8 +1 FR (forced rep)

    Incline DB
    70 x 12
    70 x 10 +1 FR
    70 x 11 +1 FR

    Flat Cutler-style Flyes
    55 x 12
    55 x 11
    55 x 10

    Chest Press Machine
    2 pps x 9
    2 pps x 10 +1 FR

    DB Curls
    40 x 8
    50 x 6
    30 x 15
    30 x 15
    20 x 25

    Hammer Holds
    - You hold the DB with your arm bent at 90 degrees for 10 sec, then down for 5 sec = 1 rep
    20 x 8
    20 x 6
    - The burn was crazy!

    - Workout time was 80 minutes.
    - My pump was unbelieveable!
    - This stack is going great! My strength is really improving. Now all I need is more sleep.
-I'll be hitting Back later today.

Saturday, National ABC, training with the PROS

I was fortunate enough to be picked to hit shoulders with G Diesel. I had stuck to my supps all day, Pak, Test, Stak, Pump and Storm (Thanks J-Dawg!), I knew I would need them.

After the gym cleared out I headed downstairs to track down G. He was hanging out by the Military press. Rod, another member selected (sorry, not sure of his forvm name), showed up so I thought we were ready, I WAS WRONG! Big Al came strolling over and asked if he could join. Wow, now my blood was really pumping. THEN Bobby Fields came over to join us! Holy hell! We were in for it!

We started out with the Mil. Press, warmed up, then started adding plates. G was practically reading my mind on what jumps for me to make. G, Big Al, and Bobby worked their way up to 275 for reps, then dropped down to 246 for reps. I believe Rod and myself never went over 165, then dropped to 145.

Then we moved on to DB side raises. I made my way up to 35s, but "The Big 3" went way past that. In fact, I saw Big Al using the 100s! I was in awe. McFly was standing there and acted like it was no big deal, he said he's seen him use 130s! FREAK! After four sets we moved on to Machine Side Raises.

G decided it would be a drop set. The Big 3 used 15 plates (stack) to failure, then 10 plates, then 5. I was fried already by the time it was my turn, but there was no quit in me. I'm not sure what my drops were but I can tell you I was torched afterwards. I could not feel myself movin' the plates. On my last drop I was smoked by 10 reps but Big Al wasn't going to let me stop. He got me to knock out another 10 reps! Of course I think he was moving the weight more than me!

Next was machine rear delts. 4 more grueling high rep sets. You could tell the ABC was winding down but G wasn't finished with us yet. It was time for some BB shrugs. The Big 3 moved up to 5 plates while Rod and myself moved up to 4. I was quite happy with that.

The ABC then came to a close, finishing it up with the group photo. I want to give out a HUGE THANKS to G for selecting me to train with him, it was truly an honor. As for Big Al and Bobby joining in, that made the experience truly memorable. Thanks to Universal/Animal for making events like this happen, I hope you all know the impact it has on all of us, the legion.

My fiance, Ashley, got some great pics and some awesome video. I had to order a new USB cable so I can upload it. As soon as it gets in, I'll get everything posted.

    Thanks,

    Ryan

    2 pies x 10

    - Workout time was 67 minutes.
    - PR City! This stack has been working wonders. The alpha feeling helped me get past my mental block of 4 pies.
    - This marks the end of week 4, 2 more to go.

Sunday morning I woke up all stuffed up. My sinuses were going nuts, still are. No better way to get it draining then a solid leg workout...

    Legs

    Squats

    135 x 6
    225 x 5
    275 x 2
    315 x 1
    335 x 0
    335 x 1 - PR!!!!

    Front Squats
    135 x 8 for 2 sets

Leg Press *SS* with LP Calf Raises
    3 pps x 20 *SS* 3 pps x 20 for 2 sets

    Leg curls
    90 x 8
    110 x 6
    120 x 6 *DS* 80 x 10

    Leg Extensions
    120 x 8
    150 x 6
    170 x 5 *DS* 100 x 15

    -Workout time was 55 minutes.
-Realized after I left that I barely hit calves. Oops!
-Sinus infections suck but I still smoked a PR.
-Stack is still going great. I'm noticing the DOMS aren't lasting as long now.
