First of all I'd like to think Anabolic Xtreme and their reps for letting me log this im excited to try it out.

Im a high school powerlifter and am trying to win state at the 198 (hence the ring) so I think this product will help me lean out and while adding lean mass and strength.

Started dosing today at 4 caps a day spread evenly throughout.

I'll measure for beginning stats tomorrow morning but I'll go ahead and throw up todays workout. If you have any suggestions with the workout tell me because its my football coaches but can be altered slightly.

Yesterday and today are off days. Everything has been going good with no discomfort at all. I'm ready to hit the gym monday!

Diet is as clean as possible but being in high school makes it hard. I try get around these numbers

I tried to take pics but our weight room lighting is pathetic so hopefully I can get some taken in a better location.

Good workout today. I've been feeling good, but hunger has increased a lil.

Squat 4x4

Deadlift just kinda working technique

DB Curls
2 warmups with 15's
1x8 (each arm) with 35

Overall feeling pretty damn good! Was a little bit more vascular today than usual but I dont know if it was the HX2...

Yea man I have been getting hungry more easily since I started. Maybe its just from having more intensity in the gym and doing more damage to my body! I also noticed that I sleep better and im more tired if I dont get my 8-9 hours.

Left Thursday to go to a weight meet in a town about 3 hours away from mine so we could spend the night and not have to weigh in so early...not so much of a good idea. We got stuck sleeping in a locker room full of my schools idiots that got on the powerlifting team to get a ring if we repeat winning state and they kept me up til around 1 in the morning. So then we leave to go to the meet and our coaches wouldnt stop for breakfast so I had some pizza we had left over from the night before and then set a new pr on squat with 485. After that it came time for lunch and someone had eaten all the pizza and the meets concession stand wasnt selling food so I went most of the day without eating and didnt improve on bench or deadlift. But I won individually and we won as a team so that makes it a lil better.haha

Sorry about not posting lately Ive been kind of busy and there hasnt been much going on in the weight room until today. We had a powerlifting meet and my pr's continue to go up. I got 490 on squat and had 500 most of the may up when I fell forward unfortunately but that should be an easy lift in a couple of weeks as long as I continue to progress the way I am now. I'm having problems about my hand placement on bench and my technique on deadlift so my max didnt go up on either of those but once that gets sorted out I'm sure those will go up as well. I'm really happy with the HX2 and cant wait for the days to come. Im going to go work technique tomorrow so hopefully I'll do what I intend to do and win state!
