    First off I would like to thank all the guys over at Anabolic Xtreme for allowing me to test out this product. I am very excited about this log. This will also be my very first log here on AM. Alright time for some info.


    Current info:

    Height: 5'11
    Weight: 183.2 lbs
    BFat %: 13.1%


    I have been lifting since high school and have been pretty serious about it the last 2 years or so. The biggest problem I have had in the past is consistency and dedication to a workout and diet regimin. I feel like just being able to log my daily activity and results and receiving feedback will help combat this issue. That and HX2 has got me stoked right now!

    Ok so right now I consider myself fat. Since I started puberty I had always been lean, between 6-9% bfat. This past year I have had a lot of things to tackle and have been constantly under stress I have not worked out as often as I used to and my diet was been inconsistent. I am at 13.1% bfat and I weigh about 183.2 lbs. This is on one of those electrical current body fat scales. I weigh myself in the afternoon when I get home from work which is about 3 hours after my last meal, I do this at the same time each day so it is pretty consistent if not 100% correct.

    My goal is to get as close to 9% bfat as possible and to get as close to 190lbs as possible. I like to really find out how well a product actually works so I will not be changing any of my staples and I will not be adding anything else to my supp staks other than the HX2. Right now I take a multi, milk thistle, digestive enzymes, and fish oil daily. As well as some KreAlkalyn, tri-creatine malate, Arginine AKG, and Glutamine pre workout.

    I am going for a high protein diet, of course, im gonna try for between 275-300g of protein a day. Exact fat and carb intake will depend on how my body feels but I will be starting out with low carbs 50-75g a day. On top of that I take digestive enzymes with every meal. I will not be having any sweets, soda, or fast food at all for the next 30 days. I am also an egg junkie and yes I eat the yolks. I will have between 9 and 12 eggs every day, right now I have about 6 a day.

    I am a Vince Gironda fan so I will be doing some 8x8s this time around.

    Alright so I started HX2 this morning. Took one pill with my breakfast.

    So far so good, had a great workout, muscles felt good, intensity was good cant say that its from the HX2 yet but I could feel what I think was a change in my bloodpressure about 20 min after taking the HX2 each time.

    60 min before bed I wil be taking 25g of casein protein and 2xHyperdrol pills.

    You're gonna like the hyperdrol. Currently am using that and mass fx, lean fx. The hyperdrol should have a nice leaning out effect for you. The two pills before bed really put me out for the night. Good luck with this one

    My workout today was excellent, I am starting to really feel the Hyperdrol. I am more vascular and I have a greater pump in the gym. My weight has slightly been increasing but weight fluctuates so we will see how it is in a week or so. I also feel that my ab fat is slightly less.

    Every night that I have at least 7-8hrs of sleep I notice that my dreams are much more vivid and more easily remembered after I wake up. I am more vascular and I can feel the pump more easily and I get a pump shortly after eating protein now.

    My intensity has been through the roof these past 2-3 days! I just feel like I am stronger and more powerful, and the best part is I still have 3 weeks of this!!!

    Strength is up big time and so is vascularity. My pumps in the gym are crazy and last even after I am done. As I was finishing my workout yesterday I got this huge pump in my lower back to the point where it almost hurt I dunno if I was lifting wrong towards the end of my sets and just pulled something or what, never had that before. About 30 mins later it cooled down. Anyone else ever get that?

    Internet has been down and just about everything is blocked at work so I a just able to post everything that I had for the past few days.

    Anyway, strength and endurance are wayyy up. So is recovery. During this third week I was able to lift heavier with all the same exercises and my doms was much shorter even with the increased weight. If I hadnt got sick this month and work wasnt such a b1tch I could have easily put in more workout days, so I am kinda bummed about that. Oh well Is till have about 6 days left so I should get in 5 more good workouts!
