First off I would like to thank all the guys over at Anabolic Xtreme for allowing me to test out this product. I am very excited about this log. This will also be my very first log here on AM. Alright time for some info.

I have been lifting since high school and have been pretty serious about it the last 2 years or so. The biggest problem I have had in the past is consistency and dedication to a workout and diet regimin. I feel like just being able to log my daily activity and results and receiving feedback will help combat this issue. That and HX2 has got me stoked right now!
Ok so right now I consider myself fat. Since I started puberty I had always been lean, between 6-9% bfat. This past year I have had a lot of things to tackle and have been constantly under stress I have not worked out as often as I used to and my diet was been inconsistent. I am at 13.1% bfat and I weigh about 183.2 lbs. This is on one of those electrical current body fat scales. I weigh myself in the afternoon when I get home from work which is about 3 hours after my last meal, I do this at the same time each day so it is pretty consistent if not 100% correct.
My goal is to get as close to 9% bfat as possible and to get as close to 190lbs as possible. I like to really find out how well a product actually works so I will not be changing any of my staples and I will not be adding anything else to my supp staks other than the HX2. Right now I take a multi, milk thistle, digestive enzymes, and fish oil daily. As well as some KreAlkalyn, tri-creatine malate, Arginine AKG, and Glutamine pre workout.
I am going for a high protein diet, of course, im gonna try for between 275-300g of protein a day. Exact fat and carb intake will depend on how my body feels but I will be starting out with low carbs 50-75g a day. On top of that I take digestive enzymes with every meal. I will not be having any sweets, soda, or fast food at all for the next 30 days. I am also an egg junkie and yes I eat the yolks. I will have between 9 and 12 eggs every day, right now I have about 6 a day.
I am a Vince Gironda fan so I will be doing some 8x8s this time around.
