Strength – poo
Mood/Motivation – Mood was ok, Motivation there.
Pump and Vascularity: Pump in my chest was alright.
Sleep: 6 hours, drunken sleep though which is crap.
Appetite was ok.
Overall it was a pretty crap workout, strength was crap, got the workout done though. Pushed myself quite hard to get through it. Pull-ups were a nightmare. Had been up since 6am and had worked a then went to the gym in the evening so that might have had something to do with it, probably more the drink on Sunday night.

Wednesday was a day off.
Done pull-ups at work in the yard, sets of 6-10 reps. Only needed to do 40. Ate pretty well for being on a spilt shift.
