    Libido - same as its been, no change
    Concerns - Nothing
    Hunger - Above normal today,
    nauseous - felt a little upset after my first 2 cap dose, I was a little worried going into my second 2 cap dose about 50 mins prior to W/O...find out in my after thought what happen......

    Shoulder and trap work out

    Dumbbell Arnold Presses - 30x12, 35x10, 40x8, 45x6, 50x4
    Seated military press BB - 95x12, 105x10, 120x8, 130x6, 140x5
    Seated Lateral raises - 80x12, 90x10, 100x8, 110x6, 120x4
    Standing DB Shrugs - 55's 1x25, 65's 1x20, 75's 1x16
    Seated shrugs Hammer strength - 115x25, 135x20, 155x20


    Felt great tonight!, my endurance was high, which was good. After the second dose I was pumped ready to go , the aggression I had going threw the sets was fantastic!, it had me thinking I might hit the sickness barrier that I hit last night, but it never came, not like it did. So thatís bonus baby! I am sore as ****! This week so far has been great, considering.. Now the last two weeks I have been out of the gym, kids were out of school. so I know why Im sore, is there anything more then the BCAA'a that I can take for DOMS? so another great W/O for the books!

    doms is best cured with either a GH supplement or creatine. that's pretty much all you got.

    real quick - i had a friend say i was looking bigger recently - keep in mind this was when i was just recovering from walking pneumonia and had lost 7 pounds. the only thing i had changed to my workouts were adding in upright rows for 2 months. couldn't have been from the weight gain on cycle since i lost all of it during the pneumonia episode. just food for thought

    regardless, great weights - you're a bit above me on the arnold press !

    its preference I personally do not go to failure...you will regret it DOMS wise.

    Jumping squats probably aren't the best exercise to take to failure.

    Ive never done jumping squats. squat alone increase how high you can jump. that doesnt mean i 'd never do them. im opened minded to trying them

    Concerns - Notice when things get intense, it seems to bring on sickness, which is prop the stim.
    Hunger - Above normal today,
    nauseous - Felt a little coming on at end of work out and after the sauna.

    Dosage 4 caps


    Leg Extensions - 125x12, 140x10, 155x8, 170x6, 185x7
    Seated Leg curls -110x12, 120x10, 130x8, 140x6, 150x5
    HS Super Calf -220x16, 270x15, 320x10, 420x10
    V-Squats -254x10, 274x10, 294x8
    Topped this off with Jumping squats -10x10x10

    Had a great leg night, after BeBig and i got done with the squats and started the jumping squats the moans started yelling through the gym!, when I was done I laid on the floor, started off easy IMO, but half way into I was feeling it big time! I felt great though, drive was good, focus was good, and I felt the strength, The pSarm I feel has made me more focused so far. Felt a little nauseous at the end like i said, and It was the pSarm, its a different kind of sickness, its a deep shallow one, if that makes any sence. Im eating right now because im hungry as ****, and it seems to be making my stomach feel better,lol !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ya know Iím really thinking, if I'm burning thru the calories during the work out, I wonder if that, with the combo of the pSarm is causing the sickness? Iím going to start having a meal prior to my next few work outs, not tomorrow, but next week. Iím really curious to the results.. what ya think slick? nothing to heavy, but nothing to small, maybe a chicken breast..

I am very impressed with the numbers. especially those leg extensions!! damn... so whats the thoughts on the jumping squats guys? ya love em or ya hate em? grab some amino acids and take during workout that should help the sick feeling. I get it from the AS occasionally. i think its the osthle or whatever in it.
