Counting calories is not essential,
Counting the number of grams of protein definately is essential. You should get a gram of protein a day. But ive seen studies and people that reccomend lower or higher.
But everyone cant do everything.
you just have to try your best
If you can count calories and be that strict to your diet, thats absolutely wonderful. Its one of the defining factors in acheiving a "perfect" physique. But there are so many other factors as well.
Counting calories is a job in of itself. Some people can work two jobs some people cant. You can make bodybuilding a full time job, but most people cant afford that.

Know your body is the best advice.
I would say at least count your protein, limit sugars and processed foods. This is not necessarily go 'clean', just wholesome

What I ment by not counting them is, I eat alot, but i burn alot as well, Ive always had . I know I'll be consuming plenty, I know what all my chicken breast , steaks, tuna, pasta, whey.. ect.. ect have I just dont get down to the calorie #. Now for this Log i will, with out a dought!, I will tell you im more strick with my protien intake, I take in anywhere between 1-1.5 gram per my scrawny ass body weight! lol

Agree ari,* I have seen so many studys about protein, 1 gr per pound of body weight, 1.5gr - per pound, and even as less then a gram, So I keep it at between 1-1.5 and never go over 55 grams per meal.

day #1
Well Just took the first dose, I ate 3 eggs , with bacon, and washed it down with some whey. I Didnt want to take this on an empty stomach, So i put a lil something in the tummy. 20 mins after, I took a dose of pSarm (1 Cap) with about 20oz of water. Its been about 35 mins and I feel the same. fingers crossed it stays this way. Will post back later with outcomes/sides if any.

Day# 1 review- Rest/build up day
Mood - Normal
Strength - N/A
Weight - N/A will log it monday
Endurance -N/A
Agression - Felt a little above normal, started getting short fused!
Libido -Normal
Concerns - Nothing at the moment
Dosage - 4 caps
Well I dove into it today, I was cautious this morning when I took my first cap, kept looking at the clock waiting for the worst to happen, but it never did. I dosed about 4 hours later, this time with a shake. And still felt good, about an hour later I felt a little short with my temper, was it the pSarm? To early to say, but all in all had a great day. I went for a bike ride for about 45 mins, while my son drove his electric scooter which tops out at like 11 mph! lol so I had to keep up the whole time! I dosed the last 2 together, thought, you know what, if I'm going to get sick its going to happen. But I had to know if I could bear it. It went well, no sides, no sickness, which was good. I will do the same tomorrow and see how it goes. But this should be nice without the sickness!
