do you have pictures? youll be surprised how much comparing pictures matters. i look years ago and if I didnt have these I couldn't see the changes.
Cardio 3 times a week for about 30-35 mins, I split between the elliptical and treadmill. I'll go high and low with both as far as Intensity

those jumping squats sound pretty nutty too, at my highschool back in the day we had this machine that was for jump squats, it was real badass. Sadly, none of the gyms I've ever been to have this thing, it was very well built and looked to be quite spendy.
