    yeah keep it up lifter. when you find what works best for your body the "sweet spot" youve found what works for me. most people forget this and go by what so and so does when thats what so and so is doing for there body. every body is different and you have to find what works for you!

    Another good night I felt anyways, I stated above how I felt mellow and my agression was streamline, I think this was due to swapping back to nights tonight, Really screws with the body and mind! I felt a little side pain today a couple of times, but towards the end of the night I didnít feel it, maybe due to yesterdays work out, I havenít felt sick what so ever, Iím chalking this up to my body has accepted the pSarm, call me lucky I guess. Another strange thing my hunger really wasnít there today. I did consume though, for me this is a really tough thing to do when I'm not hungry

    All the strange **** today, Iím calling it work related!

    Thanks Smeton, buddy I totally agree with everything you just said, I used to go by what everyone else was doing, and to be honest, Some stuff I just didnt like, and wasnt working. Sometimes people get wrapped up in what everyone else does, almost living a double life in a sence, But thats not me anymore Im my own person.

    nice log so far. the most i ever got on arnold presses is the 50 pound dumbells. frikken awkward movement for me. you're getting pretty strong!

    Thanks sunny I enjoy doing the arnold presses, I find that it just hits the deltoid all around with the motion of the arms and shoulders, more so then doing the Military press, But as you see I do them both, them 55's are slow to go up , i wont lie but but they go for sure.!

    Sorry for the late post, got home late last night, and yes it was my router, It took a dump, I was so beat, and didnt want to walk I left it to this morning

    once I got home I did break out in hives on a few spots of my body, not sure what its due to, I used a gym towel last last during and after the sauna, maybe my skin/body absorbed some cheap soap maybe, So Im off today to go get some antihistamine, because I damm near scratched my skin off, it itched so bad, Im sure once I get it into me I'll be fine...

    Tonight was a great night!, strength was up in a few area's, I had to workout solo again, do to work, So I got a spots on the bench, and banged it out, with a few bonus tonight I definitely had the Alpha mentality going on, I just walked around did my Shiit, and felt great. The intensity and focus was extreme. Dosing the pSarm with AS, and I’m know the AS is helping, but this stack is really starting to show improvements week by week. I can personally tell there’s a little thickness going on, and major muscle hardness! I did feel a little nauseous when I came home, and I am feeling it right now, but with the night I had I’m sure this is expected..

    As for the weight drop, My diet was not in check the whole weekend, I was really cautious with everything I put down, Everything was going thru my mind, so I played it safe, So I’m hoping it was a one time occurrence..

    Shoot i forgot to do cable flys but other than that kicked ass on tri pulldowns, i went to 140 for 6 on the pulldowns, but the rest the same. overheads i did 125 six times, kickbacks i did the same as you. my pump felt great to bro i think it was all the testosterone in the gym lol...my muscles were solid felt great all natty baby yaaaahhh!!!!!!

    so them low rep ranges while you can. many older guys I know have to do higher rep ranges due to pounding this rep range when younger. Going heavy and low rep ranges build the foundation of a big body.

    I like the rep range im putting out, you are right smeton, and right now it seems to work great.

    sunny bro, I had to take a double take when i hit the fly's, I was pumped bro, mean/mad/ you name it, And I just hit it, but man those 90's killed my pec's! I felt it everytime i constricted my muscles when I hands came together, I'll be at that weight for a bit., The combo of the pSarm and AS was just to sick tonight bro!, hands down

    Mood - Bored!, stuck home having an ice storm in freaking TEXAS!
    Strength - Able to lift the remote for the TV, so im saying UP^
    Weight - + 4.5lbs Week#1-184.4,Week#2 188.4, Week#3 -190, Week#4 189
    Endurance - N/A
    Agression - Its a laid back miserable day!
    Libido - N/A
    Concerns - None
    Hunger - Feeling hungry today, more then this past weekend.
    nauseous - N/A

    I dosed 2/2 already, , I will spread the next 2 out with in the hours
    AS I will only dose 3/4 scoop tonight

    Well I am stuck in the house, Ice is everywhere and work shut down today, My truck isnt going anywhere, Its still freezing rain right now, So I will Just do cardio tonight, Ab's,elliptical, and treadmill in the comfort of my home.
    North Texas doesnt even have salt trucks, how strange is that? lol
