Got my LG goodies the day before Christmas, been waiting anxiously to get this going. SO...here...we.....go!
1-T-991 30m minutes prior to workout along with 1 scoop AS.
-plyometric warm up on boxes
-Conventional grip Deads
-glute ham raises
bw x 10 x 4
*taste-2/10-gonna take some getting used to
*energy-10/10-rest between sets was damn near unnecessary!
*Focus-12/10-cheezy i know, but the psychological state this put me in was indescribable, damn near narcotic!
*strength-NR-really hard to gauge on just one workout.
*pumps-6/10-but hard to gauge on this type of workout
