  7. you'll love it, i know i sound like a mark for LG sciences, but thats not the case. I have tried ALOT of different supps, managed a GNC for while, and never have i been more pleased with supplements as i have this pair, a truly great set of products.

  8. Looks good man, i may have to give this stuff a try when i finish my psarm log. you guys should check it out http://anabolicminds.com/forum/suppl...-new-post.html

  9. ive been peeking at your log all along Panther, looks very solid, im def gonna use psarm after my AAS run

  11. Cleet how u liking the AS

  12. 1/7
    1 arm db rows
    100x12x4
low pully v handle cable rows
    150x10x4
    reverse grip lat pulls
    150x12x4
high angle double arm db rows
    65'sx12x4
    seated db curls
    70's x3x3
    standing alternate db curls
    40's x 12 x 4
    pyramid curls
    30's x 12 x 3
    body weight suspended rows
    1x50
    sled drag 150lbs
    3x50yds forward
    3x50yards backward

  13. GJ, the AS is the damn stuff man! NO explode like pumps and vascularity, but recovery between sets is what is so damn phenomenal, comparable to AAS type recovery times!

  14. Cleetus, what are the suspended rows? Are they the rows where you have you feet on a bench and are hanging from a bar? And what are the high angle DB rows?
Always open light. Itís not what you open with, itís what you finish with. Louie Simmons

  15. yes the suspended rows are using a bar in the hook and suspending your bodyweight using a bench or a box as a point of balance, similar resistance to a pull up, but less stress on the rotator cuff/cup and able to use various hand placements.
high angle db rows are standing with a slight forward bend, and pull the db's to your armpits (as close as you can get anway) upper lats and traps movements, with alot of bicep work envovled.

Sounds like good stuff man! May have to give these two a run later on

  17. Ok, that's what I thought. Funny, I was going to start doing the suspended rows friday for the first time in my back workout. Seems like a great finisher...

you and i are on the same page!!!! great job logging!

  19. This workout is a variation of SB(from MMI and IA)'s 5-10 program. It was vicious!

    Plyo warm up
    -low incline bench
    235x5 2/1/1 tempo
    rest 30 seconds
235x10 2/2 tempo *repeated three times, 90 seconds between combo sets
    -high angle incline bench
    215x5 2/1/1 tempo
    rest 30 seconds
215x10 2/2 tempo *repeated three times, 90 seconds between combo sets
    dips
    bwx5 2/1/1 tempo
    30secs
    bwx10 2/2 tempo *repeat 3 times
    behind the neck military
    145x10x3
    cable overhead ext
    160x12x3
    db military presses
    45's x 50

i needed alot of energy and stamina, and i got it, this stack has yet to let me down, even after all the reps and my whole upper body screaming for mercy, i wanted more! Discretion had to be the better part of my valor. I truly feel "on"!

  20. gonna bump another supp here for a moment.
Along with the LG stack ive been using AMinovol by NXcare labs, 1 dose morning and evening. This is the fourth time ive used the product and will not be the last. This product is unbelievable in terms of recovery and rejuvination! Despite the volume and intensity of my workouts, the soreness and resulting lethargy have been very limited. Great product that i will continue to use.

  21. good log bro, keep it up

  22. Plyo Warm up
    Hang clean

    275x5

    315x1

    265x5
    270x5

damn, needed stamina, got stamina, 5/5 AGAIN lg guys!

  23. Great looking log, gotta say I too was pleasantly surprised by that nxcare product, tried it yrs back when i was working at a local GNC.

Man I cant imagine the energy from both T-911 and AS, both as standalones pack a powerful punch.

  24. Damn C, 495x20 shrugs,225x25 rows,155x50 deads....I was impressed already by the 315 cleans and push press. Where are you headed with this? Why such high reps?

  25. D@MN bro! youre tearin it up! keep it up

  26. im working to improve overall body strength and increase the muscle efficiency and conditioning of all my muscle groups. The heavy power movements are just a product of being in a college strenght and conditioning program for a while, at one point i was hanging well over 400, i wanna get back to that. The 50 reppers and super sets are for the conditioning, and i love the pump/burn!

  27. I went with 40 rep sets for awhile myself...yeah the pump/burn was brutal.

  29. How much diff. have you noticed with each dose increase C? And where are you going to stop?
