New to this. Please Help!

I weighed 170 pounds 6 months ago. I lost 20 pounds doing the P90X program along with a high protein diet.
I have now added weight training to my life. I have gained 12 pounds over the last 2 months and am now at 162 pounds

I currently supplement with...
Gaspari Size on
Gaspari Superpump 250
ISO weigh protein

I really want to put on lean muscle mass. Im already quite stocky but need more.

I am SUPER SCARED of injecting my self and am also very scared of my boys getting smaller as I don't know how this will effect me.

Could anyone reccomend any oral type of steroid I could take?

I also noticed a product called Novodex XT by Gaspari Nutrition. Is this in any way similar?

Please advise.
 
Stay away from steroids. Eat decent and lift hard.

Learn how to maximize your gains with proper diet and training. Don't just run to a steroid for the answer (especially with your limited training experience).

If you are scared of your "boys" getting smaller, why are you considering an oral steroid? You do realize they shut you down as well, or in layman's terms, make your "boys" smaller.

Not to mention the atrophying of your testes is only temporary whether its an oral or injectable steroid.

Novedex XT is not a steroid. It's an anti-aromatase compound.

But, if you decide to go the oral steroid route do a little research on how it will affect your body and the best ways to help your body recover. There is a ton of info, and it's worth taking some time to research.
