Good afternoon am'ers. I am back with my own purchase here. Just delivered and opened the Ultimate Anabolic Stack of Overdrive and Big Block RPM. So I figured I would start my own log for this to check results, since this should run almost 2 full months.

I will be starting today, as I plan on using my typical Tuesday off day to do some extra biceps. I figured that this would work well as my LG BC +Eaa log is ending by the weekend.

Here is my schedule.

Monday: Back
Tuesday: Biceps
Wednesday: Shoulders/Traps
Thursday: Back
Friday: Bi's/Tri's
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: Chest

Also, every am at 4:30 I am at the gym for cardio

I will also post some photos to start this log, most likely this evening after I complete my workout and dinner.

I have heard such great things about this stack, and I am HUGE fan of RPM so I figured it was the holidays and I treated myself :)

Had a nice workout after dosage. Tremendous focus

Bi's
Standing alternating curls (5 sets) 55lbs 8 reps
Rope hammer curls (5 sets) 120lbs
2arm machine preacher (5 sets) 110lbs
Temple curls (5 sets) 60lbs

Crazy pump, had a nice workout going. My focus was top notch. This is something that I have noticed from RPM before in previous usages.

Normal dosing protocol starts tomorrow.

Forgot to mention I did 15 minutes on the bike pre w/o to warm up

thanks, I was thrilled to get the deal you guys were offering. A buddy of mine did the typical 110 bottls of both and loved it. I have never done drive in more than a sample, so it should be interesting

You're in for a surprise, then. You really need at least 45 caps of Drive to notice any effects (i.e. the size sample that we used to do of IGF-2). 7-10 days is the usual timeframe that males notice the effects of Drive start to kick in (I, on the other hand, didn't notice for 3 weeks); and they last right up until the 8-week mark (well, for me anyways), which is when you would take 2-4 weeks off being using it again.

I have thought about it, but my concern is I really want to lengthen the stack and run them concurrently.

You DON'T need to, Nick. The dosages are set as they are for those specific bodyweights because they are the OPTIMAL doses for them. Remember that more is NOT always better!

What exactly are Barn Door Ropes and Cobra pulldowns?

barn door ropes are straight arm pulldowns with ropes. get a good stretch in the lats.

cobras are a victor martinez exercise(at least I saw it from him) at the cross over cables, set them up high, then standing in the center, get to your knees and pull in with elbows going into your sides

got in a real nice back workout this afternoon

BB Rows (5 sets) 225lbs 8 reps whoa for me
BTN NG Pulldowns (5 sets) 165lbs
Rope barn doors (5 sets) 120lbs

Felt great, eventhough it was freezing out, I felt amazingly focused and strong. I can start to feel very slight differences, which I am going to attribute to the overdrive. My strength was up today and my intensity was through the roof. :woohoo:

sounds like you are starting to get a good recomp effect- you will actually lose body fat while gaining lean body mass on the stack (or with Drive by itself). you are pretty lean to begin with- but you will notice some pretty remarkable changes with the stack :)

its a real nice stack, you wont be disappointed.

Since I was so disappointed about the gym being closed today, I decided to do abit of my own stuff today. Hit abs and since mother nature granted me a nice day, went out for a 4 mile jog. Feel pretty good, and happy I was able to do something

this afternoon was one of those workouts where you never feel like you need to end.

Bike
20 minutes 6% incline

Tri's
Skull Crushers (5 sets) 130lbs
2arm reverse pulldowns (5 sets) 110lbs
1arm cross body pulldowns (5 sets) 60lbs
close grip bp (6 sets) 240lbs 5 reps (wow for me)

Bi's
Seated incline curls (10 sets) 5 supersets 45lbs 25lbs
Temple curls (5 sets) 60lbs
BB reverse curls (6 sets) 95lbs
Alternating curls (4 sets) 50lbs

Amazing pump. Felt like I could have kept going all day for some reason. It felt like Arnold described in pumping iron, like someone was blowing air into my arms. :woohoo:

tomorrow, we are doing a late hanukah at my sisters so I will be lifting in the am and running at her house in the later afternoon.
