  3. just returned a little bit ago from a great workout. Did chest and calves. Weighed in at 199 fully dressed

    Chest:
    Incline BP (10 sets) 27y5lbs 4 reps (oh yeah baby!!!!)
    Incline flys (5 sets) 50lbs
    Flat Flys (5 sets) 55lbs
    Cross over cables (5 sets) 70lbs

    Calves:
    Standing calf raises (7 sets) 210lbs
    Leg press calf raises (8 sets) 405lbs

    Came out of there with a great pump, and great vascularity. Also, my focus and aggression were top notch today.

  5. got in a workout during right g the course of the school day, as I am sitting in a meeting right now

    Back:
    BTN pullups (5 sets)
    Rack pulls (8 sets) 425lbs 5 reps
    BB Rows (5 sets) 205lbs
    CG reverse pulldowns (5 sets) 150lbs

    Decent overall, ran out of time prior to the meeting. However, for what I had around me, I can deal with it

    2 arm db extensions (4 sets) 80lbs
    2arm reverse pulldowns (4 sets) 110lbs

    bi's
    alternating curls (5 sets) 55lbs
    temple curls (6 sets) 70lbs
    machine preacher 2 arm (6 sets) 130lbs
    rope hammers (4 sets) 120lbs

    Calves
    Standing calf raises (8 sets) 200lbs

    good pump, forearm vascularity was through the roof

    Id hold off man, especially if the drive rpm is going so well. then you can compare later on... JMO

  10. Had a real nice shoulder workout this afternoon

    Seated db press (8 sets) 85lbs
    Reverse peck deck (6 sets) 90lbs pyramiding down
    Upright rows (6 sets) 115lbs
    BTB BB shrugs (7 sets) 275lbs
    Lateral Raises (6 sets) 3 super sets 30 & 20lbs
    Machine NG press (5 sets) 190lbs

    Felt a great pump, just fatigued, very much so as a matter of fact. Happy with the workout, good enrgy pretty much throughout till it was time to go home

    rack pulls (8 sets) 405lbs
    bb rows (5 sets) 205lbs
    rope barn door (5 sets) 110lbs
    BTN pulldowns (5 sets) 150lbs
    Seated machine row (5 sets) 180lbs
    Cobra pulldowns (5 sets) 140lbs

    I weas able to work for a while, but the intensity was most certainly lacking today

  15. decided to change things up, specifically the order of body focus. So I went with chest and calves today.

    Calves:
    Standing calf rasies (10 sets) 150-200lbs
    Seated calf rasies (7 sets) 2 45's each side

    Chest:
    Incline BP (10 sets) 280lbs 3 reps (stunned)
    Low cable cross 1 arm (5 sets) 50-60lbs
    Flat Flys (5 sets) 55lbs
    Incline flys (6 sets) 3 sets 65lbs 10 reps (wow again)

    Very aggressive today, very in tune. Really liked switching it up, I was actually almost craving doing chest, so I figured why the hell not. We will see if it affects my shoulder routine tomorrow

    42 minutes 15% 5.0-7.0mph

    Afternoon:
    bike 20 minutes 6%

    Shoulders:
    BTN Press (9 sets) 175lbs 6 reps
    Lateral raises (16 sets) 4 giant sets 35,25,15,10lbs to failure
    BB Shrugs (8 sets) 405lbs
    Reverse peck deck (7 sets) pyramid from 105lbs down to failure (hell of a burn)
    Upright cable rows (5 sets) 190lbs

    I am beat, and feeling good.
