    Rack Pulls (5 sets) 435lbs
    BB Rows (5 sets) 225lbs 8 reps whoa for me
    BTN NG Pulldowns (5 sets) 165lbs
    Rope barn doors (5 sets) 120lbs
    Standing high row (5 sets) 120lbs

    Felt great, eventhough it was freezing out, I felt amazingly focused and strong. I can start to feel very slight differences, which I am going to attribute to the overdrive. My strength was up today and my intensity was through the roof.

    I am very tired this am for some reason, however, today at 2:18 starts my holiday break till 1-5.

  5. I gotta say this is a hell of a stack. When coupled with some wpi, I am seeing some nice weight gains. I weighed in fully dressed at 201, but my size 33 pants are loose, go figure

  6. got a slight cramp in m y back this am, however I will still go back this afternoon for some shoulders, will probably just go lighter. Since tomorrow is off, I will just go for a run outside, weather permitting.

    Hell of a workout for me, my back only acted up a little during shrugs.

    With the gym closed tomorrow I will have nothing going on.

    Friday I will return with a vengance.

    sounds like you are starting to get a good recomp effect- you will actually lose body fat while gaining lean body mass on the stack (or with Drive by itself). you are pretty lean to begin with- but you will notice some pretty remarkable changes with the stack

  10. thanks rms, I appreciate the feedback. I am really enjoying it thus far. I know that I should really get the full effect of drive over the next day or so, as that is around day 10 for me

    Since I was so disappointed about the gym being closed today, I decided to do abit of my own stuff today. Hit abs and since mother nature granted me a nice day, went out for a 4 mile jog. Feel pretty good, and happy I was able to do something

    2arm reverse pulldowns (5 sets) 110lbs
    1arm cross body pulldowns (5 sets) 60lbs
    close grip bp (6 sets) 240lbs 5 reps (wow for me)

    Bi's
    Seated incline curls (10 sets) 5 supersets 45lbs 25lbs
    Temple curls (5 sets) 60lbs
    BB reverse curls (6 sets) 95lbs
    Alternating curls (4 sets) 50lbs

    Amazing pump. Felt like I could have kept going all day for some reason. It felt like Arnold described in pumping iron, like someone was blowing air into my arms.

    tomorrow, we are doing a late hanukah at my sisters so I will be lifting in the am and running at her house in the later afternoon.

    I was quite fatigued at the end, but it was a solid workout overall. WIll go back this afternoon fro some cardio.
