    Day 35
    Workout (Judo):
Judo was great today. We worked on throwing techniques the first half of class and did ground and standing randori the last half. My endurance improved today and recovery between matches was markedly better than tuesday. I have 1 more day's worth of BA9 (I think I missed a couple doses during vacation).

I had a pretty bad case of DOMS in my hams as well not too long ago. Sounds like you are putting in some great work in there. Looking forward to the conclusion.

    Day 40 (1/12)
    Workout (UB ME):
    BB Bench: wu, 225x3, 245x3, 275x3, 295x1, 320x2

    Day 41
    Workout (Judo):
My endurance is improving, my recovery between opponents is still improving. A great session overall, I executed some throws I've had problems with in the past quite well.

I apologize for the long delay, between moving and midterms sh*ts been crazy. However, without further ado:

    Final Review
    Performance:
Strength increased ~10 lbs. pretty much across the board, so my goal was attained as I'm at a point in my training were strength gains come pretty slow, esp. since I haven't been consuming a surplus of calories. My training was also skewed some because I had to take it easy on my back (squats are usually one of my main/core lifts). Increased recovery between sets was noted. I didn't get to fully assess my Judo performance, but with the few practices I made toward the end of the log I noted increased endurance (muscular & cardio) with each successive practice.

    Taste/Mixability:
The Intra-Aid tastes great, one of the best tasting supps I've tried. Its a pleasure to sip throughout a workout. It mixes well, some settles to the bottom but all it takes is a quick shake of my bottle and all is well.

    Other Thoughts:
This was a great stack IMO, BA9 is very convenient to take any time, I notice a more pronounced effect (tingle) when taken on empty stomach. IA is a wonderfull all-in-one intra-wo supp that covers all the bases. Would I buy these supps and use them again? Yes, they both have proven ingredients that work and would be great as a stack or standalone. I'd like to thank Universal Nutrition and their reps here for giving me this opportunity.

Thanks for the review bro. I'm glad to hear that the Intra-Aid and BetaAla9 were able to help you through this spot in your training. Good work.
