    hammer curls (5 sets) 40lbs
    close grip bp (6 sets) 225lbs 7 reps
    temple curls (5 sets) 60lbs
    1arm cross body pulldown (5 sets) 50lbs
    machine preacher (5 sets) 110lbs

    got a hell of a pump. Just curious, can this product raise body temp? I was sweating on a cool day as I walked in

    hitting shoulders this afternoon, also with the cool weather I am going to hit the bike for 20 minutes prior just to warm up

  5. dosed prior to workout again, and I gotta say I was feeling very good. Here is the shoulder workout

    Bike:
    8% incline 25 minutes

    Shoulders:
    Seated Press (6 sets) 205lbs 7 reps
    Reverse Peck Deck (5 sets) 90lbs
    BTN Press (4 sets) 135lbs
    Db laterals (16 sets) 4 giant sets 40,30,20,10lbs
    BTB Shrugs (5 sets) 315lbs

    felt good, and strong, however I am beat at this point today. Need a good nap

    I just recently started doing reverse peck deck for the posterior delts and I got to say I was impressed!

  7. you can get a real god burn, especially if you go a little lighter and really up the reps. Gives me a good pump

  8. hhmmm im not sure if this would raise body temp or not. Could possibly be from your body rapidly utilizing the aminos. Im unsure though.

    Yeah I agree, light, controlled and smooth, great pumps from it. It's funny, I always thought it was a crap looking exercise then tried it myself and was much better than DB's for me.

  11. With my schedule for hte day in limbo I decided to lift this am

    Bike:
    25 minutes 8% incline

    Chest:
    Incline BP (8 sets) 225lbs 8 reps
    Incline DB BP (4 sets) 80lbs
    Flat Flys (5 sets) 40lbs
    Decline BP (5 sets) 225lbs

    Got a hell of a pump and was quite fatigued. If I have time I will hit some cardio later this afternoon.

    Dosed prior to workout as normal. Nothing to note today outside of the ordinary. My weight is up, although I dont notice any major changes. I weighed in fully dressed at 197, which probably leaves me at 195

  12. I'm starting up a hdrol cycle in a few weeks and I picked up some of this. It will b put to the test. Can't wait to taste it, it smells greAt

    I started to fatigue a bit at the end

    Dosed pre wo, still with good vascularity even with the weight up a bit

    BTN pulldowns (5 sets) 150lbs
    Back extensions (5 sets) 190lbs
    BB rows (5 sets) 175lbs

    dosed pre workout, felt good, just for the life of me I couldnt get warm this am

    On a plus note, my 2 BC + EAA came in yesterday. I am thrilled. I might actually dose 2x per day since I have the excess right now

    Yeah I am considering dosing 2x and seeing what happens, either take a double dose PWO or once PWO and again some other time...perhaps PRe or during.

  20. I did one prior to am cardio then again prior to afternoon lift. The taste is good, so I dont mind it at all

    Lateral Raises (9 sets) 35,25,15lbs 3 giant sets
    BTB Shrugs (6 sets) 275lbs

    Feel real good, a bit stiff but overall quite solid and strong for this am.

    Been dosing 2x per day as previously discussed. Not sure if I will be able to get back this afternoon for more cardio will have to let the schedule play out

    Nice log man! Easy to read with lots of detail, keep it up! Did you notice much from dosing 2x per day?

  25. I actually like the double dosing. I am going to continue it actually. Thank goodness for my 2 new bottles in my cabinet I will say this, this afternoon, I had ridiculous energy, and my vascularity is nuts. Also my weight is up a bit, but it is solid weight not fat.

    I am finding that this coupled with ATW is a nice combo
