    well, you could just save your money and buy it.. I did it with the rest of usplabs product and got great results.. if you buy it, then you would be run it with your best.. unlike free goodies, right?? just my words, man.. are you american?

    i was just clownin about the free goodies...i will absolutely be buying some in the near future...and yes i am american...why do you ask?

    nothing.. just asking.. if youre outside US, the price could be a problem.. in my country, supps has a killer price.. even fishoil.. very bad environment..

    turned out, I could train before my plan..
    session upper body :
    1. incline bench press (4x1)x6 10s 242lbs
    2. weighted pullups (4x2)x5 10s body+45lbs
    3. dumbbell bench press 3x8x75lbs
    4. head supported dumbell row 3x8x65lbs
    5. cable backhand 3x12
    6. zotman curl 3x10x 32.5lbs

    I had no spotter today, so I couldnt did higher load.. just not confidence if I dont have spotter.. too bad.. I keep my reps perfect as usual, so quite nice session..

    session lower body :
    1. speed squat 10x2x154lbs + purple bands
    2. deadlift 4x5x354lbs
    3. reverse lunges 4x8/side @55lbs
    4. pallof press 3x12

    I think I need to check my hams, it bothers me.. my deads felt easy.. I lose my moment and focus because there was this guy couldnt stop bothering me from asking about how to.. Im certainly want to help, but I hate it when Im in a middle of my concentration.. enough said, it was nice session minus that guy.. I just placed an order at nutra.. yep thats right, usplabs all the way for $300.. I need to try that jacked

    session upper body :
    1. speed bench press 10x3x154lbs
    2. close grip bench press 2x5x200lbs, 2x5x210lbs, 1x5x220lbs
    3. chest supported row 5x5
    4. inverted row 3x10
    5. scapular pushups 3x12
    6. pushups with band 1x12

    nicee... never done close grip bench with 220lbs.. speed bench went smooth, still need to do it faster..

    session lower body :
    1. dumbbell stepup 4x8
    2. bar roll out 3x12
    3. leg curl 3x8
    4. 1 leg squat 1x10

    I did squat test for this session, I got 381lbs with good rep.. not bad.. I was not doing that with my partner, so..
  10. day 52


    session upper body :
    1. incline bench press 4x4x220lbs
    2. weighted pullups 4x4x body+45lbs
    3. dumbbell bench press 3x7@80lbs
    4. head supportred dumbbell row 3x8 @65lbs
    5. cable backhand 3x12
    6. zottman curl 3x10 @32.5lbs

    today session was deload, just easy session..

    session lower body :

    2. deadlift

    easy session.. I did deadlifts test and got 420lbs.. next session would be my last session for this log..

    session upper body :
    1. speed bench 10x3x156lbs
    2. close grip bench press 4x5x213lbs
    3. chest supported row 3x7
    4. inverted row 3x10
    5. scap pushups 3x12
