    session lower body :
    1. front squat 4x6 200lbs, 2x5 220lbs
    2. rack pull (knee) 2x5x342lbs, 2x5x364lbs
    3. bulgarian split squat 4x6/side @50lbs dumbbell
    4. pull through 3x12

    I had to cut my side bridge because I went to see a friend..
    for the rack pull, I think I had small muscle pull on my left calf.. Im not comfortable with that, so I only did that with 364lbs..

    well, for prime.. still the same.. I still strugle for my reps, no euphoria.. maybe just late.. we'll see..

    session upper body :
    1. dumbbell push press 5x8x70lbs
    2. weighted chinups 4x6 (40lbs)
    3. resisted band pushups (purple) 3x10
    4. dumbbell row 3x10x75lbs
    5. bar roll out 3 set
    6. prone bridge 3 set

    I feel good during this session.. I feel prime begin to kick in.. nothing major, we'll see for tommorrow if that was true..

    2. speed deadlifts 8x2x264lbs
    3. walking lunges 3x7/sides @45lbs dumbbell
    4. leg curls 2x10

    I think I have my hamstring pulled a little, so I had to lower the load. well, the session went smooth.. I hope prime begin to kick in.. I'll keep you all updated..

    2. pronated grip dumbbell incline press 3x10 @65lbs
    3. neutral grip cable row 3x9x280kg
    4. side lateral rise 3x10x22.5lbs
    5. plate raise 3x8x20kg plate
    6. prone trap raise 3x10@6kg dumbbell

    I have a minor pain at my right shoulder.. I dont know what happened.. I hope its nothing.. I plan to deload this session, no struggle for my reps.. next week, Im gonna up my load.. we'll see if prime already kick in.. for a couple days I felt good, the weight felt very light..

    still on deload.. weight felt light.. next week, Im gonna use a new routine.. I think prime already worked, but nothing major..

    not sure.. I always make sure at least 70-90grams.. when I got 'real' foods I eat with rice.. a huge portion.. so I dont know how many grams exactly.. the other would be 90grams oat, 220ml milk+1 scoop whey.. you using pslin too, friend?

    last session of deload.. tommorrow would be changing my routine and up my load.. we'll see..

    2. weighted pull ups (4x2)x5 +35lbs dumbbell
    3. dumbbell bench press 1x6 @80lbs , 1x8 @75lbs, 1x9@70lbs
    4. head supported dumbbell row 3x8 @60lbs
    5. cable backhand 3x12
    6. zottman curl 3x10

    before this day, I got flu.. so this session deff. not good.. the strength wasnt there.. ussually 80dumbbell press would be very easy..

    well, I still got flu, but its getting better.. strength still not max, because the flu.. hope next session would be better..

    nice session.. my hamstring still hurts, just doing easy deads.. I would done more heavy squat, but my training partner didnt come..

    thanks strat, nice to have a company! about changes, nothing major in strength increase, endurance.. But I tend to add mass so fast, I mean it.. you know, I already add about 4kg (8lbs) since this log and my bodyfat dont changed much.. I will take pics at the end of this 2 months log.. I think pslin and AP is amazing stack for add mass.. I already tried AP, but pslin is wow.. I cant say much about prime.. I dont know.. I prefer having nice results from strength aspec like the others not just mass gain.. Im not saying I dont have increased strength at all, I do.. but I can accomplish this without prime..

    Thanks for the response. How about dropping PRIME for a few days (one week or so, say) and comparing results?

    Some load, some use the regular recommendation, some go up to nine capsules or more daily. Personally, though, I recommend the loading approach.

    me too, but I got limited supply.. i just run it at recomended.. if theres another chance, I woul deff. try again as I really believe in usplabs products.. I love Ap, pslin, powerfull, cissus, recreate, they gave me real results..

    wow.. amazing session,I had to decrease the load because the form became ugly at the end.. but the first 4 set was pretty good.. my hams still hurts a bit, maybe I could done better.. but, Im pvery pleased with the results..
