On Monday the 3rd of November, I will begin my 8 week log of USPLabs(two bottles, suggested serving 5 days on, 2 days off). I am not sponsored and I plan to be updating everyday if possible.
Exp.: 5 years of hard work, with some setbacks (2 hernias )
Height: 5'11 or 6', depends on the day I guess
My workouts will be M-F
Sat/sun: off with cardio
I'll be going for 6-8 rep range, 3-5 excercises for each bodypart with 3-4 sets. I'll give my exact routine before/by Monday.
My diet is going to be as clean of a bulk as I can manage, fairly high carbs, 4000-4500 cals a day, 400 g's of protein.
As far as goals go, I'm hoping to, like everyone else who's experienced , break some damn PR's, get some nice recomp going on, good vascularity, etc. etc. Basically: get bigger and stronger. It'd be cool to put on 5-10 pounds over these next 8 weeks. Harcore/dedicated training, committed diet/rest, and prime will hopefully get me there!
