On Monday the 3rd of November, I will begin my 8 week log of USPLabs Prime (two bottles, suggested serving 5 days on, 2 days off). I am not sponsored and I plan to be updating everyday if possible.
Age: 19
Exp.: 5 years of hard work, with some setbacks (2 hernias :smite
Height: 5'11 or 6', depends on the day I guess
Weight: 200
My workouts will be M-F
M: Shoulders/traps
T: Legs/calves/abs
W: Back
Th: Chest/abs
Fr: Bis/tris/foreams/calves
Sat/sun: off with cardio
I'll be going for 6-8 rep range, 3-5 excercises for each bodypart with 3-4 sets. I'll give my exact routine before/by Monday.
My diet is going to be as clean of a bulk as I can manage, fairly high carbs, 4000-4500 cals a day, 400 g's of protein.
As far as goals go, I'm hoping to, like everyone else who's experienced Prime, break some damn PR's, get some nice recomp going on, good vascularity, etc. etc. Basically: get bigger and stronger. It'd be cool to put on 5-10 pounds over these next 8 weeks. Harcore/dedicated training, committed diet/rest, and prime will hopefully get me there!

This is my first log, and while I want to offer some light on the heavily discussed/criticized/praised Prime, this is also for personal benefit. Hope you enjoy and I welcome as much feedback as anyone could give
