    I was lucky enough to be one of the winners to test out Axis Labs' new SMASH. Well i recieved it today so i'll start using it tomorrow.

    Testing Categories: 1-10 (10 being INSANE)

    I wouldn't say im a stim junky but i have tried just about every pre workout supplement out there. I don't have HUGE expectations, but i would love a nice "kick in the pants" pre workout that would continue through my workout.

    Pumps: 6
    Strength: 8
    Endurance: 8
    Energy: 8
    Hydration: 9


    Today was the dreaded "leg" day. I dont notice too big of a leg "pump" and nothing was different with the Smash. strength was slightly up from last week on leg press and leg extensions. enduance was great and i def felt hydrated the whole time. im usually drinking 1-2 gallons just while working out cause im so thirsty but this wasnt the case today.....but out of habbit i still drank a ton.

  5. DAY 3 Shoulders

    Pumps: 6
    Strength: 9
    Endurance: 9
    Energy: 8

    Strength was up and endurance was up. stupid gym closed early so i didnt get my full workout in but i could have kept going for a lot longer. hit a PR of 545lbs x 6 for shrugs....good sh!t. pumps arent all that impressive, im going for 1 and a 1/2 scoops tomorrow

  6. DAY 5 Back/Bi's

    Pumps: 7, huge bicep pumps
    Strength: 7, nothing out of the ordinary
    Endurance: 9, just couldnt quit
    Energy: 6, nothing too crazy with energy today
    Hydration: 9, i was well hydrated and almost to the point where i needed to throwup,lol

  7. Do you have access to a scale? Watching your weight fluctuations is a good indicator of hydration (And of binge eating )
    Hit us with a taste review when you can. I hear it's not as good as the original; I might be getting a sample in the future.

  9. the taste isnt great, the original was much better. it looks/smells like orange juice....but taste sweet. kinda weird

    i weighed myself today after my workout (i usually weigh before my workout) and i was up 2 lbs. i wasnt having a sick feeling, just a "full" feeling.


    also, i had about 2 scoops. i took 1 and 1/2 and then locked myself out of my aparment for an hour, lol, so when i got in i took another 1/2 a scoop

    couldnt ask for more from a preworkout product. pumps were great and so were energy/endurance and hydration. hit chest hard today and was pushing some great personal #. weight hovers around 195lbs but im looking leaner

    im finally used to the taste, but i still chug it


    edit: another note. this is one of FEW pre workout drinks that doesnt give me the sh!ts.....me likey

    Great log man. I have to agree about the taste. Its not as good as the original, but its much better than many other products that share a similar ingredient profile. I like to think of it as "chemical tang" flavored.

    yeah its kinda like really sweet OJ. not horrible....but something that takes a couple days to get used to. any it also taste a whole lot better with cold water

    I can't compare to the original, but I have to agree with this assessment.

    I am really enjoying SMASH in my bodybuilding log...

    im somewhat speechless. on the leg press today i pushed 855lbs for 6 reps (maybe not a lot for some, but it was for me) probably could have had 8. that is a new PR by about 90lbs.

    that was all after 5 sets of squats and 2 other sets of leg press.

    ummmm....i dont know wtf is going on....BUT I LIKE IT!!!!!

    New PR for squats, its ***** weight but it was 315lb for 4 deep reps. i dont understand how i can push out 8 reps of 855lb on leg press but cant even do half with squats....im weird i guess. legs are gonna hurt like hell tomorrow. energy was great today as well as endurance

  19. How strong is your lower back? That was holding me up in squatting. The minute I started working on getting that alot stronger I felt more comfortable under the bar. Just what worked for me. :~)

  20. PR for deadlift is 405 for 4 reps. my lower back is pretty strong. i also use a belt when i squat.

    i have really long thighs and i feel somewhat unstable when squating heavy, but form is good and i have a spotter

  21. That was the feeling I had also, like I was going to fall forward. Now I am rock steady after strengthening my lower back and of course my abs. Keep working at Nos!!

    Day 17 was back, great pumps and endurance. managed to pull 405 for 4 reps on deadlift. Day 18 was shoulders...HORRIBLE workout, i lost my damn wrist straps and couldnt do shrugs which blew. aggression and energy was definetly there. Day 19 (yest) was arms, pumps were a little hindering and no improvements on lifts....i attribute this to a poor diet all day long

    I have been taking 1 1/2 scoops basically from the start so i only have one more day left.

    managed to push 945lbs on legpress for 4 solid reps, im pretty proud of myself. only got 5 reps of 315lbs on squat though . endurance has definitely been great the whole way through. i have to say that it doesnt give me the stim effect i like and i drag ass to the gym...but once im there i dont want to leave. honestly almost had to have my buddy carry me out of the gym because my legs were beat

    Last and final day. as i stated before i have been using 1 1/2 scoops so it has finally run out.

    Deadlifts were great today. i pulled 405 for 5 reps which is up 1 rep from last time, i could have gotten 6 reps but i lost my rythm. Endurance was great as usual, i didnt want to leave the gym.

    weight was down but my meals were a little off today. i have been getting complements left and right from ppl saying i look a lot bigger....even though i havent gained weight, actually lost some. im hovering around 193lbs now.....blows because strength keeps going up an almost every lift...but im not getting bigger?? diet has been the same, if not MORE than when i was at 195-196lbs.


    FINAL REVIEW

    Smash Fully Loaded has treated me great. Energy was great the whole time, endurance was almost overwhelming at times, hydration was nice (expect once i left the gym i was pissing every 5 minutes for about 4 hours straight. Pumps were the only thing a little dissappointing.
