About me:
23 years old, 5'9", 190 lbs, ~15% bf

Currently trying to bulk, been totally stuck at 190 for about 2 months now. I'm hoping Mass FX can help me break through this plateau. Realistically I'm hoping for about 4-5 lbs of bodyweight. I'm eating a ton of food and 1.5g PRO/lb bodyweight but I will up the cals and the PRO for this cycle.

I train with low volume and high frequency, Doggcrapp. There is a special rotation set up that I follow.

I have tried Divanil before in Activate Xtreme. Some of these other compounds I have not experienced, but I am eager for this reason. ActX, don't get me wrong, was great...but I felt like all it did was give me a great libido boost and not much else. Very nice lookin log!! I like your "key" for abbreviations!! Lately, a lot of new folks have been asking what things mean. It's good to impart that knowledge before we all get lost.

I'm interested in how this works out on your diet. I don't think I've seen this one run on a keto yet. Good luck!! :cheers:

I felt strong as hell today. Felt like the Mass FX is starting to kick in (placebo?), with the aggression, focus, and pressing power endurance. Bodyweight is up a lb.

looking good in here man. im getting the same thing. aggression, focus, endurance. i cant tell if its from my recent addition of calories and lots of carbs, or the mass fx. either way, keep it up man.

:frustrate Today was pretty much a lacklustre day, I wrenched my knee pretty bad "working on" my truck. Turns out Ford put an aluminum wheel on a steel hub, and when you combine those 2 they rust and FUSE after about a year. So I got a flat yesterday and after a lot of guff and rubber mallet work the ****in' thing wouldn't budge. This morning I got my steel-toes (a.k.a. "Sh*t Kickers") on and went psycho on it. Just laid my butt on the ground and started stomping the **** out of it (what I was told to do by my mechanic). Well, I broke the seal, but I also wrenched my right knee super ****in' bad.

So no legs today, like I said, a bit lacklustre. Believe I did some work on those arms though. No extra work though, I'm still sticking to the program.

Thoughts so far on Mass FX. Well, I think the alpha male mentality they talk about is true. I was noticing it and my g/f said to me today, "You know I liked you better when you took **** from me. Seems like the last couple days you're all dominant." :aargh:
