As most can see I have been going at the singles pretty hard lately and I figured just a slight change of pace for a month or two may do me some good. Repetition work seems to produce good gains as far as 1RM for me so it won't be wasted effort.
I finished my first bottle of and I think I am going to cycle off of it for a month. My training is going to remain the same, heavy, , low volume and low frequency. I want to see if there is a difference in my sex drive and a few related things I have noticed. Yes, I know it could be other things but I honestly feel the is suppressing me someway. I did have sex yesterday after 4 days of nothing and it felt as if I just got a dribble out, whereas I would normally throw the Peter North gob out after that length of time. So we'll see whats up.
