    I got my roomate to buy basically the stack I'm going to be trying. I'll let him be my guinea pig. I set him up with:

    Dicreatine malate, Beta Alanine, RPM, 1-C, Cordygen5, and BCAAs.

    Mine will include a few more goodies though.

    He just your generally healthy military dude. He resistance-trains regularly and does a good amount of cardiovascular. He's one of those dudes that just looks real in shape, but mostly comes from genetics. Bastard.

    i never really took the time to train my legs consistently until a couple months ago, but now that i have their getting big fast. its like beginner gains all over again, except just on my legs

    Next concert will be November 13th for Dropkick Murphys @ House of Blues in New Orleans. After that will be for Over the Rhine @ The Double Door in Chicago on December 13th.

    Damn, I've been wanting to give BA a run but I just opened my Xtend container the other day. How much BA do you use per serving and how do you dose it? Would you just mix it in with the Xtend? (I could totally search, but I'm lazy. )

    1-2g, 3 times a day. BA has a saturation point like creatine, and once you're fully saturated, its just maintenance doses. A pre workout and post workout dose, like creatine.

    Day 7

    Had a real good workout today. I went in thinking that my hams were going to be too stiff to work, but I did some ham exercises anyways. They weren't feeling too bad.

    Again, my endurance was off the charts. I was able to cut my rest between sets in half, and lactic acid buildup seemed to be somewhat numb.

    As I said I would probably be doing, I changed up most exercises for my high-rep days. Today is A1; that's high-rep Chest/Hams/Arms/Calves. Exercises were...

    Dips
    Decline DB Press
    Kneeling Leg Curl
    Hip Abduction/Adduction
    Skullcrushers
    BB Curls
    Seated Calf Raise

    I took out the Good Mornings and through in the Abductor/Adductor. I feel that having SLDL and Leg Curl as my main ham exercises will be sufficient.

    No one is going to argue with you about leg exercise routines Irish, if they do, they would have to prove that their legs are better than yours

    Hopefully we can get them bigger.

    I'm excited to see what the Dips will do for my chest and triceps. My form on the dips is tilted forward a little as to focus on chest more, but I'm really hoping that the triceps will strengthen up on this exercise as well. I really think that's what is holding back my strength on flat bench.

    Day 8

    My endurance on cardio is insane now. I'm not nearly building up the sweat that I used to. I'm really going to have to ramp up intensity; however, I wasn't able to do that today. My hamstrings were so tight and getting pulled real bad. I kept getting sharp pains on the treadmill from the steep incline. I'm going to do about 30mins of stretching in front of the TV after my shower. Wow, I must be getting old. I actually have to stretch now.

    I think I'll start doing HIIT on the weekends. I have to buy a stopwatch or something to do it. I'll probably just try to do it on the spin bike. Treadmills are too slow, and I'm scared to run the track again after what happend last time I was doing sprints. Pop! goes the left hamstring.

    Woke up this morning with DOMS in tris and back. Do dips work your back in any way? I don't know what else would have caused my lats to be sore. It's mostly the inside of my back.

    By far, the most noticeable impact Blue Gene has made is on my endurance levels. It's hard to gauge any change in strength as my week off led me to be extremely sore after my first day back, which took a bite out of heavy squat day, and my other heavy lifts (bench/sldl) were performed on my second day of using BG.

    Day 9

    Had an excellent high-rep Quads/Delts/Back/Traps workout today. Just finished up. My new exercises were...

    Leg Extensions
    Single Leg Press (performed on sled)
    Shoulder Press Machine
    Standing Lateral Raise Machine
    Seated Row Machine
    Rear Delt Machine
    DB Shrugs

    I'm incorporating the machines so I can really concentrate on the movement rather than just throwing the weight around. I've been doing 2-3 second negatives on most exercises.

    Had a real good pump going. Endurance was great, again. Rest between sets is definitely lower now since taking Blue Gene.

    The Seafood Festival is going on in downtown Destin on the harbor. I think I may drop by that tonight. The weather has been great, and I'm looking forward to some gumbo, crab claws, and live music.
