    Those routines always have looked awesome to me, but I have no way of incorporating chains or bands into my workout. I just don't have access to that stuff.

    Damn straight brotha! My old band did a 4 day weekend tour with them here on the East Coast. We all became good buddies for a while there and now I haven't had the chance to talk with them in a while.

    It was sad when Dan (not Wintercorn) left the band though. He is an amazing guitar player and a really great person.

    Day 30 - Final Review of Blue Gene

    Had an excellent workout today. I had a hard time sleeping last night out of pure excitement for this mornings workout.

    Here's some comparative numbers between Week 1 and now...

    Friday, Oct. 3rd- B1 (Delt and Back/RD exercises are supersets)
    Leg extensions - 235x14
    Alt. Leg Press - 90x13 (These are very slow and concentrated)
    Shoulder Press Machine - 75x14
    Lateral Raise Machine- 45x13
    Seated Row Machine- 140x14
    Reverse Fly Machine- 100x13
    DB Shrugs- 90x13


    Friday Oct. 24th(Delt and Back/RD exercises are supersets)
    Front Squats- 185x13
    Alt. Leg Press - 110x13
    Shoulder Press Machine - 80x14
    Lateral Raise Machine- 50x15
    Seated Row Machine- 155x14
    Reverse Fly Machine- 100x14
    DB Shrugs- 90x14


    Blue Gene has provided me with amazing endurance during my workouts. The drop in muscle fatigue was my favorite, and the most noticeable affect that Blue Gene had on my workouts. It really helped me drive through the last reps of each set, allowing for optimal muscle-fiber recruitment. On top of all of that, the increase in libido is pretty intense.

    I am happy that RenegadeRows wanted me to run this alone, rather than with the Anabolic Edge. It was very important solely for this piece of advice...YOU MUST have your body running optimally when taking Blue Gene to release its full benefits. Take stims if you have to, load up on more carbohydrates pre-workout, whatever it is that keeps your energy levels up. I say this because without forcing your body to train at maximum intensity, the benefits of Blue Gene will be lost.

    I put Blue Gene in a class of supplements by itself. It's allows you to really get into the soul of bodybuilding, which of course is BUST ASS in the gym.

    Blue Gene's stacking potential is very high, especially with test boosting products and stims. Blue Gene/Blue Up/RPM sounds pretty sick.

    Here's how I rate everything on Blue Gene...

    Endurance / Stamina- 9/10

    Libido- 9/10

    Strength- 6/10 (I say 6 because you won't get strength gains off of this like you would Res or Rhodiola, or other test boosters - You WILL however gather strength from your own hard work and the aid of the endurance)

    Clean Energy- 7/10

    Mental Focus / Clarity - 7/10

    Stimulant Effect-4/10. (It's not a stimulant, nor does Controlled Labs sell it as one, so this isn't a big deal.)
