    well, my wrist has been hurting since wed, so I had to go a little light, but did a bit more TUT style and slowed my negatives

    incline press superset with incline hammer curls superset with reverse incline fly
    40x16-25x15-25x13, 50x11-25x15-25x10, 50x6-25x11-25x7, 40x9-25x10-15x14

    incline fly superset with concentration curls superset with coleman lateral raises
    25x18-25x11-25x7, 25x16-25x4 (wrist pain was too much)-15x12, 25x17-0-15x13, 25x13-0-15x8

    decline machine press superset with decline fly superset with front raise
    70x22-25x20-10x12, 90x18-25x19-10x11, 120x12-25x17-10x10, 120x7-25x12-10x7

    hey easy you really loving that supersuperset style of training? its gotta be good for fat loss seeing how you keep the heartrate up more that way. how is your cardio going?

    no cardio still I like the superset style, mostly because i'm so compressed for time all the time. Between work, family, etc its hard for me to fit in the workouts (which is also why no cardio)

    I think I might have to do a month of minimal strength training just to maintain and spend the time on cardio instead. It might be my best option. its either that or do one of those velocity diets again

    Or some HIIT Brutal stuff, I've turned it into 25s on/50s rest, 10 sets, Upped the intensity, it's 13.5 minutes from hell. I'm still bulking up though, I'm finishing PRIME then cutting time!

    I hear you on the lack of time. My kids are complaining about going to the gym all the time. I have to cut cardio out most nights. My saving grace is the fact that the plyo and supersets keep my heart up and fat gain has been minimal.

    I think maybe come january depending on where i'm at i'll do a month of just a full body workout saturday, and then do HIIT cardio 3-4 x during the week

    quickie back workout
    wide grip pulldowns superset with db tricep ext superset with upright rows
    90x22-25x15-25x16, 130x11-25x11-25x14, 130x11-25x13-25x13

    high rows superset with incline reverse fly superset with ez-bar standing triceps ext
    130x8-15x16-63x9, 110x9-15x14-63x8, 110x11-15x15-63x9

    and done, a nice quick 1/2 hr workout. I'm going to try and do 4 days a week, 2 quick weekday workouts tues + thurs, and 2 long workouts sat + sun

    i've been skipping them for too long :P next week i'll add in lunges and SLDL, and go a bit heavier on the squats. I could probably have gone as much as 100 lbs heavier on the squats, but wanted to work my way back up

    early morning back + shoulders. tried new NO Shotgun (v3) and wow, it no longer tastes like puke! and it was nowhere near as jittery nasty feeling as v1.

    wide grip pulldowns superset with seated military press

    flat machine bb press
    90x6, 140x6, 140x6, 140x6, 140x6 (not sure what bar weight is, guess around 30 but these are just plate weights)
    followed with no rest on last set by flat db fly 30x12

    i'm sure you'll enjoy it. The assault was really nice, and bulletproof was decent. I should have shook it each day

    BTW for all, i haven't worked out since my last entry here. turns out my wrist issue is a combo of tendonitis and thumb arthritis... so I got a cortisone shot and am just relaxing for a bit to see what happens. I'll likely start up with really light weights and do TUT style soon tho

    christmas was cool, my wife's younger step brothers came to visit (13 + 15) and their mom also came for a few days as well, so the house was hectic and lively the whole time. I took all of last week off.

    Dave is up to right about 25lbs now at 8 months....

    did you ever notice any trouble sleeping while using the assault?

    I love the workouts on it, but I've noticed trouble sleeping when I use it...even if I take it about 8 hours before bed. I've been using BP with it and I'm still struggling with sleep.

    hmm no sure didn't, but i was taking it early morning, so i'm not sure it relates. I didn't notice a huge stim effect from assault but then again i'm pretty stim resistant
