  1. What? u have grape flavor pmiller? i got the orange raspberry and i like it alot. I dont use it often because it really knocks me out and leaves me groggy as fckk i love the taste tho.

    Are you guys noticing the effects wearing off? Ive only taken 3 doses so im just wondering if you need to bump up the dose later in the tub.

    For the record, BATTLE FUEL is working fantastic for me and im only on day 5. Its a very strong test booster imo.......no ing you!

  3. Doing like a five on two off scheme will definitely help minimize the tolerance effects of the gaba that you might get with Bullet Proof. Continued use of GABA will cause a down-regulation in receptor activity to level off the extra amounts of GABA you take in. By strategically taking days off of GABA you allow excess GABA to be metabolized and the receptors to come back to a normal state.

    Excellent point pmiller. I think almost everything needs to be cycled on and off. I do this with ECA and other stims. I do it with Melatonin, creatine, NOS supps, and other stuff. Can't let the body adapt.

    X2, i have a russian magazine, that states that the bodies ability to adapt to anything, even multi vitamins, including everything we eat, is far beyond anything that before was thought reasonable or possible, the body starts to adapt to alien stimulus, within moments of the first uptake into the blood stream.
    Got to keep shocking the system.

  7. so I tried another psycho dosing concept last nite for bulletproof - I mixed a scoop in with about 1/3 cup of cottage cheese. the citrusy taste went nicely but there was still something "off" about the taste. felt good, not quite a strong gaba flush but a really nice relaxtion overall. tonite i may try mixing it with 1/2 scoop of chocolate casein

  8. 1.5 scoops assault today

    db deadlift superset with incline db press
    40x10-40x10 as warmup, 60x10-60x10, 60x12-60x10, 80x10-(80x0-70x0-60x6) - if I would have had a spotter, I think i could have cranked out 2-3 on 80 on the db press. i got about 2/5ths of the way up and just couldnt break past that point. I struggled with it a bit, probably holding it there a good 8-10 seconds, which is why i couldnt get the 70s up immediately after either

    ez curls superset with incline db fly
    63x12-25x15, 73x10-32.5x10, 73x9-25x13

    decline machine press superset with standing alternating hammer curl
    70x14-25x13, 70x12-25x12, 70x9-25x7

    flat db fly superset with concentration curls
    25x11-25x14, 15x17-25x12, 15x13-25x8

    was very nice, have a great upper body pump right now. vascularity looks a bit up too, some of the forearm veins seem larger than normal.

    i'm really enjoying both bulletproof and assault quite a bit.

  9. 1.5 scoops again

    squats superset with extra wide grip pulldowns
    90x10-90x10 as warmup, 90x20-90x20, 90x3 (lower back pain was too much)-90x19. 0-90x17

    lying db extensions superset with db rows
    40x14-40x3 and lower back pain was horrendous, so decided to nix this idea and switch to shoulders/tris, will save back for wed morning

    reverse fly superset with standing db triceps ext
    25x10-25x9, 15x20-15x17, 15x17-15x18

    arnold presses superset with triceps pushdown superset with coleman lateral ext
    25x10-90x10-25x6, 15x19-70x22-15x6 and I give up for today

    pump was good, probably the coleman laterals were just overkill on top of arnolds in the same superset. but my stomach was feeling iffy, and my lower back hurts like hell. so better luck wednesday still not an all bad workout, my shoulders feel good.

  11. Sounding good Easy! I have some Assault/BP heading my way, somewhere lol. It's been weeks since it shipped, I'm looking into it. I think I will take your advice about 2 on 1 off with the BP.

    i'm really liking the higher rep ranges with assault. got a fantastic pump right now, its going to be rough to get my arms up high enough to wash my hair

    surprisingly to me at this point, i'm enjoying the assault more than the bulletproof. whether its my long term use of different sleeping "stuff" or not, bulletproof is seeming to now work just for 3-4 days before I need to take a break from it for a day or two. now when I say "work" i mostly am talking about the GABA breathlessness and the helping with going to sleep, it does seem to still make a big difference in DOMS even if it doesn't totally help with me falling asleep. so idk, maybe it is working just fine Assault on the other hand, with just a hair of added caffeiene thru your choice (coffee beforehand even) works really well. I'm definitely noticing better endurance, and good set to set recovery. Even though 2 of my workout days are back to back as saturday + sunday, I think that on this combination (bulletproof + assault) I could manage to do full body workouts. I may try that in the future. The harder part of course is having enough time wed morning to do a full body workout, but it might not be that bad.

  15. at this point would you use the two products again? how do you think they could be improved? Ive actually dropped my dose down to half a scoop of Bulletproof but i only take it about 3-4 days a week because it knocks me so good. Sometimes i need to get things done!!! haha.

  16. I think it depends on real price. Bulletproof @ $69.95 or take 30% off with codes out there and still $49 basically, probably not. Assault at same price seems actually a little more attractive but its still high. If bulletproof makes it to other internet retailers in the $35ish range, and assault maybe $40, then definitely.

    Probably only thing I'd change is maybe adding caffeine, or offering assault with/without like Ragnarok. I'm old, I need that to to spark up the workout

  18. Yeah, at $40, i'd definitely buy assault, and likely buy bulletproof to run with it and see if a 41 year old can survive thru whole body workouts 2 days in a row while not on unnatural anabolics

  22. dog, one of my 3 demonic pets. They are all shiba inus, a japanese breed. I think I see some back width improvement, just not seeing the waist improvement I want :P

    and that was enough. i was surprised at how hard it was to get the 20s up for shoulder presses, considering i've done 40s + 45s before. I guess just late in the workout, plus the end of a superset, plus my shoulders were already whooped from the rest of the workout.

  25. interesting tidbit, I have some DOMS today, but not the parts I worked sunday (other than a little in shoulders) but my lats, traps, back in general and triceps have light doms. nothing severe, but a little.

    Also worth noticing when I took the 1/2ish scoop of assault today like all other off days, I did feel a bit of a short term pump from it. nifty.
