So
Intra-Aid is getting you hit on at the gym now? Who would have thought of that! LOL!

haha thats funny. hey it seems to be working. That's my pickup technique I'm using while in the gym.
on a more serious note I used to be in the PUA community for five years and done some crazy stuff, as for as dating and success with women. I still have friends in it , but had to give or up because I have more important things. It is good to learn these skills. Whenever when i was in the gym I didnt like talking to anyone in till after I was finished and got my post-drink in. I can see where this intra-aid can give you an extra three minutes in(or more) chance to get a number or schedule a date with a cutie, then have to massively worry about getting that post recovery in. It is worth it to get this skill handled., trust me on this.

diet has been spot-on. nice.
Today i did the Intra-aid in the middle of the workout on triceps. I tried 16 oz of water , which isn't bad. It personally tastes more refreshing with 25oz of very cold water or water with ice.
Pec Fly machine 55 lbs- to failure
Chest stretch 20 lbs- 1:00
Behind back cable raises 5lbs-15x's
Cable over the head triceps 10 lbs 25 x's
incline db row 60 lbs-12 x's
shrugs 65 lbs 15 x's
Neck work left and right right hanging off bench 10 lbs- 20 x's each side
closegip pullup 175 lbs 17 x's
Back hang 175lbs 1:00

I agree very cold water around 20 to 25 oz is the sweet spot for the mix.

Today I was a little behind on eating. I wanted to workout instead of fix a meal so i dosed it early in the workout. That's another thing you can do,,if you didn't eat soon as you would have liked you can take it early in the workout and benefit.
Incline DB 60 lbs 12x's
chest stretch 25 lbs 1:00
Lifefitness shoulder press 10 lbs-20x's
underhand cable pushdown 15 lbs-30x's
one arm cable rows 20 lbs
widegrip chin(assisted) 175 lbs20 x's
back hang 175 lbs 1:00
Thoughts on intra-aid today: It went down nice and smooth , tasted good. Increased my energy. The carbohydrates in this stuff gave me a kick. and I helped some of my gym buddies move some plates afterward and conversed. Great workout. Hopefully I can start training everything, my elbow is feeling better; although, some slight twinges, I think I'm going to ask my elbow specialist to give me a cortisone shot. I don't think its going to hurt with all the research Ive done on it after all these months of not doing upper body. Thanks Animal/Universal Intra-aid is fantastic.

Never tried 30 that's on my list to do. I find it mixes really smooth(make sure you have a plastic knife or something to mix it with in your gym-bag because when i first got it I was using my measuring tape to mix it.)

Good stuff bro. I like to down it earlier in the WO myself. Take care of that elbow. Keep it warm. Do you use a wrap on it? maybe some icy-hot?

I sip on my intra aid throughout... It tends to get destroyed after huge drop sets though. Definitely nurse that elbow back.
Glad to see you getting the extra energy from it.

I just use a shaker bottle or a milk jug. Shake vigorously.

yes I use a wrap. I used to . I tried everything. I just ice and stretch it now. I have some rub on creams my Grand mom gave me I'm going to try in a sec. , however Ive tried the strongest of the strongest. not going to hurt.
I haven't weighed in almost two weeks. I have seen a decrease in my stomach because I have been getting in 300 P, 200 C and 100 F , instead of 150. that's roughly 3k. (I'm getting ready for Am's online show). I'll bump it up when I get money to buy some more healthy fats. right now I just don't have the $$ for all those fats.
One arm deadarm curls 20 lbs-15x
One arm reverse cable curls 10 lbs-15
standing smith calves(pre-contest Dc way) 25 lbs-10x
good mornings(very wide stance toes forward) 15 lbs-12 x's
Smith squats(wider stance)45+25+25= 7 x's
Hip abductor(outer) 70 lbs-25 times
Hip abductor quad stretch(outer) 1:00
ham stretch (incline GHR) 1 :10
overall great day
I don't like to compare okay because each has their own use. I used purple wrath as a pre-workout supplement. I get more energy from the Intra-aid than I did while using purple wrath, due to something different in this ingredients then purple wrath, maybe the waizy maze, and the taste ohhh so good.=) Purple wrath has some good digestive ginger in it. This stuff goes down smooth and easy. its been great to me.

Good stuff man. Looks like your really taking to the IA. As for the icy hot. I'm going to start this week on a tip I got from one of the really big brothers over at the legion. It's just a little bit out of the norm by public standards but looks like it may be a solid tip. If you are interested to know more PM me for details.

Great feedback! I LOVE my PW, and it has gotten me through so much. But lately, it's started to upset my stomach mid-workout. I'm interested in Intra-Aid as something I can cycle in or even mix. I still add WMS and a few goodies to my PW now, but even as I stripped the additions the stomach aches still occur.

Incline DB 60 lbs-10
chest stretch 25 1:00
homon 90 % db press 25 lbs 20x's
tricep db extension 20 lbs -25 x's
one arn db row 60 lbs -15 x's
db shrug 60 lbs -20 x's
pullup(middle grip) 175 x's 20 x's

Got a cortisol shot today. I asked my Doc if I could lift with this arm, he said come back in a month.
I might try some exercises if I'm confident my arm wont hurt. its pretty sore after this ****. My tricep tendons could be tore, Hopefully not. The golfers elbow has pretty much cleared my tricep tendon right below the elbow pops real loud when I flex it back.

Aside from other crazy stuff you have heard recently
... have you tried any Animal Flex bro? I know you have tried a bunch of other joint supps but if you haven't given Animal Flex a shot yet maybe give it a go. Lots of us have really benefited from the relief it gives. It has won Joint supplement of the year for the third year in a row over at bb.com.
Might help ya out?

I know Animal flex works well. Look at all the great stuff in it. Too pricey for me at the moment. I had to quit my job back in August due to my arm because people see me and think Oh he can do all the heavy lifting.and I just couldn't do it , I was coming home in severe pain thumping in my arm
anyways I have no money, this elbow has effected me career wise, sex wise, of course muscle wise and haven't had success finding a job with the economy like it is, and may not be able to find one for a while.

Its ok, take it easy buddy. We often find ourselves in a dumps, we just gotta get back up.
The economy is struggling, I agree. Its becoming harder, and harder to make decent money. I feel your pain.

and I don't mean to go off on a ramble. if you don't demand and put yourself where you want to be , someone else puts you where they want you. make your choice in life. and don't accept or negotiate where you want to be just because your not getting your goals. make your goals happen 100 %. Back in 03 I set a bodybuilding goal for 06. i didn't achieve it and I came close. I did it on my terms and am proud I accomplished what I did.
Tomorrow is a training day and I had to space it like this instead of today because I leave for a family trip to Chattanooga Tennessee to the aquarium for the weekend. along with a boat ride and other relaxing stuff.(hopefully I can find some adventurous stuff to keep me occupied, then some of the more conventional family stuff)
