Hello all. Just to give a little background of me......

Age: 34
ht: 5'11
wt: 185
bf: ~13%
diet: 50/30/20
goals: recomp (with the help of a 5wk solo cycle of CEL's Hdrol). This will be my 2nd run of hdrol.


Monday
Squat or front squat 3 x 5
GHR 3 x 10
BB row 4 x 6
Incl Dumbbell Curl 3 x 8
Seated Calf Raises 1 x 15 (DC style training here)


Wednesday
Flat DB Press 3 x 5
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 4 x 8
Standing BTN press 3 x 8
Skull Crushers 3 x 10
Ab work 3 x 10 or more


Friday
Deadlift 2 x 5
Leg press 2 x 10
Pullups 4 x 6
Barbell Curl 3 x 8
Standing Calf Raises 1 x 15 (DC style training)


Monday
Incline DB Press 3 x 5
Flat DB Bench Press 4 x 8
Military Press 3 x 8
Dips 3 x 10

WORKOUT #1 - MON.

Front squat - (1x5)(1x5)(1x3)(210lbs)
GHR - (15x10)(3sets)
BB row - 170x6 (4sets)
Incl DB curl - 40x8 (3sets)(last set only achieved 5reps)
Seated Calf Raise - 100x10 (1set - DC style)

Overall, a good workout. NOthing spectacular to report, except my shoulder is messed up, and prevents me from doing all out on some things, but i just ignore the pain and continue. I know one day i will face the piper with my shoulder and probably require surgery. Until then, carry on....its just a dumb shoulder anyway, right?

i hope u get some good results man!
im just finishing up 200mg h-drol for an 8 weeker and got ok results would deff run again at prob 500mg! i got slightly leaner and a lot bigger, but nothing 4 weeks s-drol couldnt do! also u shoulod notice ur libido will stay up the whole time :).

Are u serious????? Why did you run it so high?? Hopefully this wasnt CEL's HDROL. Maximum dosage for this would be 100mg IMO....unless you are a grizzly bear.

yup cel's stuff...trust me do ur research on oral turnibol and ull realize that thats nothing crazy at all, its basically the same thing...besides the light methalation (sp?) has caused no probs...alos no estro or libido probs

Just wondering if either of u have experienced any gyno sides...i heard this product doesnt aromatize so it doesnt have many sides at all

Hammer Pressdown(tri's) - (3x10)(180lbs)(3sets)
Rope Abs - (2x20)(130lbs)(2sets)

Overall, a very good workout. Obviously nothing spectacular, but had a very good mindset. Just on bench, my shoulder absolutely screams at me on the last few sets. I feel as if someone is stabbing me with a knife on every rep.

My first run was very good IMO. I put on a solid 5+lbs of lean mass...and dropped some BF. Recomp was good. I did quite a bit of cardio, but probably wont do as much this time. Other than that, eat good, lift compound mvts hard, rest, take your whey/multi/etc. and I think you will enjoy it.

1st run i went 50/50/50/50/75

Hi Bro

I was 46 when I ran it a few months ago. I am very prone to MPB but lost no hair on h-drol. I have lost hair on another cycle. I gained 6 lbs on a cut and lost 2%bf it is a great recomp compound also very mild. A OTC PCT is all that is needed. I had blood work done the day after pct I will post the results.
