    Narrative:
I had to lift late this evening. I didn't want to, but I didn't want to leave my bud without a lifting partner. To prepare for a late lift, I ate pretty big all day. Doubled up on my fruit intake (hence the high sugar) and because it was so late in the evening I only chased the workout with slow, complex carbs (oats) as opposed to WMS and oats.

During my warmup sets (Arnolds) I didn't think it was going to be a good lift, but I totally exceeded my expectations. I think 75lb DBs might be a new PR for shoulders, I'd have to check, either way, it's more than normal. I felt so good doing 75s, got them all without help, that I know that I'd be able to throw up 80s next week, ye-yeah!

Funny story on the last set of military (front) I think the bar was an inch too far forward or something, cause big tree fall hard. Thank goodness there are hooks in the front of that bench. I was laughing pretty good at myself for that, I couldn't believe I dropped the weight like that. Anyway, we picked it back up and I put up the whole set unassisted, BOOYAH!

Legs feel great after yesterday. The back was tweaked for a little bit yesterday and part of this morning but that's definately gone now.

    Song of the Day:
Straight bananas for the crew tonight! B-A-N-A-N-A-S

Good job with the 75's, bro!

Man, I did the same thing with standing overhead presses on Friday. Underestimated the weight and damn near toppled over.

Okay, so we're talk'n "yellow" flags here, haha. I guess a date at the psych ward could be perceived as a deal breaker, cough-cough vain, haha. I'm just mess'n with you.

I had a hot blond chick who was a (very minor) actress, and she was on the cocaine & speed deal. Her pretty hot body wilted and her shoulders shriveled into those chicks you see on those anorexia posters, sucks to because I loved her, but yeah, the really, REALLY odd behavior brought on by the speed was a deal breaker.

She thought her neighbor wanted to kill her and rape her dead body, at least thats what she always said and she used to look out her window at his house with "night vision" binoculars.

Yellow? You mean like "Unnecessary roughness"? Cuz I didn't think I mentioned that she was Korean.

"Love" makes you do weird things some times. And ignore **** that you really shouldn't put up with. The deal breaker for me was that day she punched me in the face, clawed me like a cat from cheek to throat, threw a cordless phone at my head, keyed my car, and then went to the police station with her sister and reported me for assault.

Thank God her roommate and another girl in her dorm (and I didn't even go to school there!) came to the police department with me to file a report against her. What a ****ing mess.

I was young as hell, and I had no idea what I was doing. But I will NEVER go through anything even REMOTELY similar to my experience with that girl. EVER!

It was kinda cool to be able to say I was dating a Baltimore Ravens cheerleader though... But totally not worth any of the bull****.

Deeeeaaamn, now THAT'S drama. I can't top that. Yeah, when the girl starts throwing punches then accuses you for assaulting her, its time to bomb back, just kidding. Good thing those other girls came to your assist, that could have been a nasty situation.

It could've been reeeeeaaaallly ugly. Even more so because the state wouldn't throw out the case (even though she ended up dropping the charges), and I had to go to court for assaulting a woman and ended up getting a female judge! Thank God her roommate was cool, and that other chick showed up too. But even when my ex told the judge she "over-exaggerated" the claims, and the other girls testified on my behalf, the judge still had it out for me! Freaking ridiculous. Nothing happened, but it could've been a NASTY situation...

Scary story man, glad that empowered super-betty judge didn't get to reign hellfire and brimstone. I thought they were supposed to remain neutral and not let their views/opinions/mental distresses affect their ruling.

My bad shaddow, no more asian cheerleaders in this log. The resolution is passed pro bono shaddow. (hell yeah, even rhymes)

    Narrative:
Pulled some weight today, hell yeah! 275, that's a lot for me. I was thrilled with back day today. Totalled 15 pullups and 20 chinups, unassisted! Next week will be higher rep/moderate weight but the week after I'm going to pull w/ straps. My right wrist is a little tender right now. It's either from spending too much time on the computer yesterday (mouse hand you pervs) or pulling a lot of weight...I'm guessing both.

I still don't know which dosage schedule I like more with Anabolic Edge. Today was both doses before I train (1 with breakfast, 1 half hour before lift.) The other dosing schedule I use is one preworkout (morning) and one 6 hours later (usually with 3rd or 4th meal.)

    Narrative:
I hit the 90s on incline again, it's been a while since I'd done that. It felt really good hitting those again. I got all of them unassisted, 5th working set. I think that I could have gotten the 95s a time or two if I'd gone for them. Needless to say, strength is up from last time. The last time I threw up the 90s was July 9th. That was when I was doing drop sets too so that was when my muscles were still fresh.

I was lazy on the diet today, a whole lot of oats and a whole lot of whey.

I love the Celtic knot tramp stamp, although it is upside down. Considering it is the sign of the holy trinity, it is paramount to an upside down cross.

But I am guessing she thought it looked sexy.

It's too bad. I just can't bring myself to like the tramp stamp. Tats don't bother at all (I have one) but that lower back ink on a chick is big turn off for me...

    Narrative:
Today was my last day of Anabolic Edge. Sadly my timing was completely thrown off due to scheduling conflicts. It made my last meal before training (which was already smaller since it was only 1 hour after my first meal) about 2 hours before my lift instead of 1 hour. I am not using that as an excuse, simply stating that any negative variance is due to timing being off.

So yeah, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Unassisted pullups are getting easier, which is awesome. Of course, two jerks just HAD to do weighted pullups at the same time. As*holes.

Tomorrow I will post my final review of Anabolic Edge as well as pictures.

    Anabolic Edge: Final Review

Thanks PAL for letting me run this product for you guys.

    • Designed to rapidly increase ATP and Oxygen utilization

One this point I can't really separate Oxygen utilization and endurance (below.) That being said, Endurance was noticably elevated. I will discuss further below.

    • Increases Aerobic & Anaerobic Endurance

Aerobic and Anaerobic Endurance benefits from Anabolic Edge were phenominal. There were days where I didn't realize it but I would be in the gym for 2+ hours. I am of the mind set that you want to be in and out in about an hour. More than that and you're overtraining. I honestly feel that with Anabolic Edge, that simply wasn't the case. I wasn't simply going through the motions on my later sets in the workout, I was pushing just as hard as I was in my first sets.

    • Enhances your body’s ability for Aerobic & Anaerobic Recovery

Recovery was getting to the point of being nonexistant. I would train hard and heavy and feel 100% the following day. I noticed this most on leg days. As much as I love the feeling of a 'job well done,' sometimes you'd rather the gain without all the pain. I think Anabolic Edge helped in that department.

    • Modulates estrogenic receptors while controlling Aromatase

I honestly don't know how to comment on this one. I think I would be able to comment on this aspect of Anabolic Edge if I had used this as part of a PCT. My boobs aren't any bigger and I don't feel lethargic.

    • Boosts Natural Testosterone Levels

I would have to put a big maybe on this one. I'd like to think that my month of total body workouts helped to get me over the plateau I was on. I feel as though my strength has been going up a lot and as much as I'd love to take full credit I'm going to have to concede at least some of it to Anabolic Edge

    Final Thought:

SilentBob really liked Anabolic Edge. I would definately purchase this product. Palo Alto Labs has a great new product to add to their BTS (Body Transformation Series) line. I think that 2 months of Anabolic Edge would be infinitely superior to 30 days.

Many thanks to PAL and everybody who's taken the time to follow along and laugh with me for a month. So long, and thanks for all the fish.

    As promised, pics:

Since you have a strong neck length, you could really have some outstanding traps. Kind of like Troy Alves.
