  2. Day 11 and Day 12
    Both great days in the gym.

    Highlights:

    I got 6 unassisted pullups (4th set) on my back day.
    Massage after my back workout was grrrreat.
    I pressed the 75lb DBs 10 times on incline bench (4th set)

    Diet was poo the last two days. I cheated like hell this evening, Papa John's.

    Anabolic Edge has been feeling good these past two days. I've been finishing my workouts and not feeling worn out like I used to. This is pretty substantial to me considering this is only my 2nd week back to this workout routine. I think tomorrow morning will be the real test. If my chest isn't as sore as it was last chest day (3+ days of DOMS) then I will be VERY impressed with Anabolic Edge.

    I'll be back on the wagon tomorrow. I just need a good cheat day every now and again. Besides, need food for recovery

I don't think I really NEED a day off tomorrow, but I don't want to adjust my schedule b/c of a product I'm logging. This is no joke though, I'm ready for legs again. Hell, I could do shoulders again!

    Yeah I had some ice cream. It's my body, I'll do what I want!

    Something to think about. Anabolic Edge and intra-workout nutrition. I'm getting all tingly thinking about running AE + a cracked PSlin in a WMS+Xtend shake intra-workout. Yeah, I could totally train for 2+ hours doing that.
