Of course, to keep from having too much fun I chased it with 2tbsp of psyllium. I never made it to the grocery store, so I'll have to go this morning before work (gotta stock the break room )

    Yeah, so I definately pulled/tweaked/whatever-ed a muscle in my lower back. Leg Curls felt like something bad was going to happen if I continued with my workout (calf raises, walking lunges) so I just hopped on a bike and kept my back firm against the seat. Sorry about wasting a leg day ya'll. Better than wasting the rest of the log though.

    Definately gonna take some glutamine/enzymes(systemic) before I go to bed, gonna try and get this evil out of me. It doesn't hurt right now, and hasn't hurt since the lift, but I know it's there...waiting for me to tempt fate.

    Again, I appologize for a sh*tty lift.

    Tomorrow is shoulders. Not fatiguing myself today means I can push myself harder tomorrow!

    Oh yeah, I meant to add a few days ago: when the log started I weighed 190lb. Still weighing 190 first thing in the mornings.

    Depends on who you talk to or what you believe. There's the potential for consuming small amounts of mercury when you eat fish. This fear is usually a selling point for flax oils or 'moleculary distilled' fish oils. Sucks that I wasn't able to complete my workout, see if I still felt strong at the end as I did in the beginning. Oh well, there's always next time.

    Day 11 and Day 12
    Both great days in the gym.

    Highlights:

    I got 6 unassisted pullups (4th set) on my back day.
    Massage after my back workout was grrrreat.
    I pressed the 75lb DBs 10 times on incline bench (4th set)

    Diet was poo the last two days. I cheated like hell this evening, Papa John's.

    Anabolic Edge has been feeling good these past two days. I've been finishing my workouts and not feeling worn out like I used to. This is pretty substantial to me considering this is only my 2nd week back to this workout routine. I think tomorrow morning will be the real test. If my chest isn't as sore as it was last chest day (3+ days of DOMS) then I will be VERY impressed with Anabolic Edge.

    I'll be back on the wagon tomorrow. I just need a good cheat day every now and again. Besides, need food for recovery

    No DOMS after leg day. Let me repeat that. NO DOMS AFTER LEG DAY. I purposefully did squats and SLDL yesterday to try to force some DOMS. Anabolic Edge is incredible in this department! I don't think I really NEED a day off tomorrow, but I don't want to adjust my schedule b/c of a product I'm logging. This is no joke though, I'm ready for legs again. Hell, I could do shoulders again!

    Yeah I had some ice cream. It's my body, I'll do what I want!

    Something to think about. Anabolic Edge and intra-workout nutrition. I'm getting all tingly thinking about running AE + a cracked PSlin in a WMS+Xtend shake intra-workout. Yeah, I could totally train for 2+ hours doing that.
