I would like to share with you guys that I think this product is great, I use creatine for a long time and I really just don't remember whats like training without it, for me creatine was not an advantage any more but a everyday supp, I tried a lot of creatines and creatine products and I never really saw differences in my training.
when I started this product I was coming off a cycle and all I can say is that I was amazed with the results , I really notice that the Glucovar / Adenylate Cyclase Sensitization Complex helped in the absorption of the product, , no bloat and even on a cut my strength was maintained.
One day I forgot to put waxy maize on my post wo protein shake and I almost faint because of the insulin increased response(with no carbs)
This product is top notch and a great value for money.

Did you get any sort of "pumped" feeling when you took this?

When I started taking it, the glucose-modulating complex caused a really wicked pump with my post-workout meal. Definitely increased the fullness. Dirk definitely made some great improvements from his original neovar.

Definitely increases pump (if you had one to start with), muscle fullness, AND vascularity (especially if you eat ENOUGH carbohydrates!) And it really helps with recovery as well.

about the pump after train, wheel not really a pump but I really felt the increased nutrient uptake, I eat the same protein and carbs but when I had neovar rc I really feel my recovery is faster.
