  9. The knee i had ACL surgry was giving me problems so NO LEGS

    Did cardio and i felt like i could go forever... (I got hungry)so i stopped

    It's not the holy grail but its good product..

    I was sent away on business at the last minute and haven't updated in a min

    You really don't get tired at all.... It seems to help in other special areas

    My appitite has increased... I will be back in town and have a full update

  19. Finally found the sweet spot with AE... Since i was close to 200 lbs... I went for 6 a day .. and fell good all day..

    Focus on cardio .. but hungry as hellz..

  20. Could not get the gym today due to traffic.... so worked out at the apt POS GYM...

    I tore it down.. the gym did not have enough weight... I will not make that mistake again.. . I just did 60 min of cardio..
