First off, I want to thank the reps from Universal Nutrition for allowing me to Animal Pump and Shock Therapy. Awesome products and awesome reps really equal a recipe for success. :head:
I had Monday off so yesterday was my first day using Shock Therapy. My routine was:
Machine flys - 2 warm ups and 4 sets with a drop.
Side lateral raises - 2 warm ups and 4 sets with a drop.
Front lateral raises - 2 warm ups and 4 sets with a drop.
Superset of tricep underhand pulldowns and ropes - 2 warm ups and 4 straight sets.
I consumed 1 packet 30 minutes before getting to the gym as directed. I haven't had any sort of pre-workout drink in a long time. Wow, the energy was amazing. It was clean, smooth, and lasted forever. The pumps were nothing to write home about. I think today will be a better test being back and biceps. Strength was also really good. I was up in weight and reps for all my exercises. Overall, I'm very please thus far. The only drawback is I had a hard time falling asleep last night. We'll see if that happens again tonight.
Stay tuned.....
