Id like to thank 3clipse and LG sciences for giving me an opportunity to try this product, my current stats are:

bf:12-14%
i train in the lower rep range (3-6, occasionally up to 8) focusing on mainly compound lifts, with the addition of some isolation movements after the important ones. my split is as follows:
day1:
chest/tris
day2:
legs/calves
day3:
shoulders/traps/power movements
day4:
deadlift/back/bis/forearms
day5:
off
my off day is juggled around based on how i feel, sometimes i would throw it after chest if im sore from deadlifts etc.
im still not exactly sure how im supposed to dose this though, some clarification there will be greatly appreciated.
