Well i must say, i just started working out about a good steady month and my initial weight was 155, and now im up to 164... This stuff is pretty damn good and DEF gives good pumps and more energy.. I know its not a lot of weight but when i started working out my max bench was 150 and today i maxed 225 ...Anyways i just wanted to let people know if your new to this stuff i would def stack these with a nice whey protein supplement as well
