Today was one of my heavier training days so I got to try something new. I tried 3 scoops of JP8 like 40 mins before my workout. I think I came to the conclusion that 3 scoops is not necessarily better than 2. Regardless, today was a fukcing amazing workout. Two scoops is enough to create a monster out of the man before you, so I think I will stick with that. Maybe I'll try 3 again to compare and make 100% sure. Two scoops will make your JP8 last longer , so thats obviously a point to consider.
JP8 is straight up a sick preworkout supplement without a doubt!!
