LG Sciences is testing two new products out on some of us human guinea pigs.
i happen to be one of them that gets to try the new T-911 Test Booster product.
Thanks LG and 3clipse for selecting me to try this out before it hits the market!

will be taking 2 per day spread out in the am and pm.
the supply i have should last approx 18 days.
i'll pop my first pill this afternoon prior to my workout.
the caps are solid white tablets that look like a generic caffine tab.

i'm currently 5'10" 175lbs. my avi pic is current - taken just two weeks ago to give an idea.

i'll give more detail on my current diet and workouts as i go along.

if we can round up enough crazy am.com members in this log we can maybe start our own e-click and challenge the doom crew to a three legged race.

got the ok:
T-911 is a combo of resveratrol, ellagic acid, yohimbe, adrosterone, and i believe some absorbtion aids like piperine etc etc.
a full product description has not been posted yet but is comming soon i believe.

That's an interesting combo there. You said AM & PM, but the yohimbine is throwing me off... This isn't a daytime supplement to be taken morning and afternoon? Do you know if it's yohimine hcl or 11-hydroxy yohimbine?

i just took my first tab. let it disolve under my toungue.
tasted quite good.....like a berry flavored flinstone vitamin (yes, i still take flinstones).

so far it's been maybe 20 minutes since it fully disolved and my mouth is still tingley with the flavor. the effect so far is awesome! i feel high!!! i'm tempted to take the entire bag at once and go party.

i'm headed to the gym now. i'll report later! :squat:

i've been on a very slow and gradual cut since mid june.
for this run i'm planning on continuing the steady cut i've been on and see if i can shed another 1-2 lbs of fat while keeping my strength up.

i just changed my workout routine starting last week from a more classic split to a pre-exaughtion phase.

this was my split for the past 3 months (way too long!):
Day 1: Chest & Tris - 3-4 sets x flat bench, 3-4 sets x incline bench, 3-4 sets flys x cable or db flys, 3 sets close grip bench, 3 sets skull crusher, 3 sets dips

Day 2: Back & Bis: 4 sets deads (sometimes power cleans instead), 3 sets wide grip pull-up, 3 sets close grip pull-up, 4-6 sets rows, 3 sets reverse curl, 3 sets bb curl

Day 3: rest

Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Shoulders: 4-5 sets either standing bb presses or olympic lifts (snach, press, clean), 3-4 sets upright rows (only if i did only presses), 4 sets db lateral raises, 4 sets db front raise, 4 sets db rear delt raise

Day 6: rest

Day 7 repeat
new pre-exhaustion routine i started last week. this routine was given to me by our old pal xjsynx:

Lg was going to come out with Pserm, which had ellagic acid in it, androsterone etc etc but then Erics partner, already had this lined up, so eric is licensing Pserm to somebody else.

I really like the sumo leg press, just a little to much if I do narrow stance squats + sumo bb squats on the same day, which is why the leg press is a nice change up.

Whats your pwo nutrition look like? I know you have some different ideas on this (such as fat pwo) which in certain cases I agree with. Not sure if that was just discussion though.

you must have read some of my other posts on this topic.
my pwo regimin is different than most.
i do little to no carbs and favor slower digesting proteins and fats instead.
i'm just not a complete believer in the necessary insulin spike pwo.
i've been doing some clout + bcaa pre workout.
post workout i down some 2% milk with ultra peptide 2.0.

my pwo regimin is different than most.
i do little to no carbs and favor slower digesting proteins and fats instead.
i'm just not a complete believer in the necessary insulin spike pwo.
i've been doing some clout + bcaa pre workout.
post workout i down some 2% milk with ultra peptide 2.0.
I see. The milk does have sugar in it though. I'm using the Palumbo diet on a cut so basically carbs are non-existent. To be honest I cannot tell the different between when I use carbs pwo and when I dont. Actually I tend to get fat with carbs (in general not just pwo).

Clout is boss though.

i'm the same way. i have to keep my carbs limited if i want to stay lean. milk sugar i can tollerate. but try my best to have almost no sucrose. and i limit my dextrose, and even fructose intake.
clout is a winner! :thumbsup: i only take one scoop on workout days. seems to be good enough.

day 1 update:

i'm enjoying these little disovable tabs under my toungue.
it's a flavorable little treat. if i had a bowl full of these sitting on my desk at work i would just keep popping them in my mouth all day long.

i'm still getting a quality buzz immediatly after taking them. it's like smoking a really weak joint.

so far, nothing else really to report. my workout was good. actually the buzz i had maybe helped me power through some painful sets a little better last night in the gym.
i did those sumo deads and romainian deads which hurt!

no other sides/symptoms yet.

First off, awesome looking program.

Secondly, I think it is goal orinted on whether or not to use carbs post-wo. They are not necessary if you have glutamine + glycine.

Finally, you can skip the carbs, but the slow-releasing protein + fat isn't a great idea IMO for your first shake post-workout. I would rather just see Whey + glutamine + glycine + leucine. That would be a very nice PWO formula.

for sure. a good preworkout meal leaves enough amino acids in bloodstream, so no forced insulin spike is necessary. that whole insulin spike and 30g carbs to 10g protein is from 1 single study on people who worked out fasted. So in that 1 case yes, an insulin spike helped with nitrogen retention, but with good preworkout nutrition the diff is minimal

First off, it isn't 30g to 10g, it is a ratio of 2:1, and only one study on carbs and insulin spike for post-workout? Go ahead and pull your head out anytime you feel.

The insulin spike isn't for nitrogen retention, you are thinking of increasing protein synthesis not insulin spike. An insulin spike is created to repair and restore the glycogen that was spent during workouts.

In addition, pre-peri-post workout nutrition are not optional for optimum results. You need all three.

funny from what I always understood the glycogen stores get replenished whenver you take in carbs, not that there was some mystical reason it needed to be done immediately post workout.

how about pulling your head out and you posting some evidence to the contrary? :)

Your premise is based on whether or not you would like to utilize the 'window of opportunity'. As I stated you can get away with no-carbs if you use glutamine + glycine to put cortisol in check and aid in glycogen replenishment.

Adding fat and slow-digesting foods aren't ideal and are poorly timed if used for PWO nutrition. This is why people use shakes and not solid foods for post-workouts.
