| Registered User | sizeOn and RPM stack today i started my sizeon and rpm stack .. first time taking this stack i felt really good today in the gym .. i felt so focused ! i didnt get all jittery or anything just focused and felt like i could lift forever ... my lifts didnt go up at all but i did some extra sets here and there .. i will post some of my main lifts here for you guys to see my progress .. ( too lazy to type in all my workouts ) (KEEP IN MIND .. IMPECCABLE FORM ! I USED TO JUST THROW AROUND THE HEAVY WEIGHTS AND THINK I AM DOING SOMETHING WHEN I WAS REALLY DOING NOTHINGGG ) WEIGHT 147 LBS chest incline db - 40lbs - 16 reps .. 50lbs - 12 reps .. 60 lbs - 10 reps 70 lbs 8 reps .. 75 lbs 8 reps ( 2 with a spot ) flat db - 50 lbs - 13 reps .. 60lbs - 10 reps .. 70lbs - 10 reps (2 with a spot ) 75lbs 10 reps ( 3 with a spot ) energy - 4.5/5 pump- 3.5/5 endurance - 5 /5 strength - 4/5 i will post before and after pictures ... |

BACK i had another good day here in the gym .. i was kinda pissed off so that made it even better ! my energy was all there again .. my lifts i still didn't go up more then my normal .. endurance was also there i was in the gym for 2 hours going strong never lost a tad of energy while i was in there ... (KEEP IN MIND .. IMPECCABLE FORM ! I USED TO JUST THROW AROUND THE HEAVY WEIGHTS AND THINK I AM DOING SOMETHING WHEN I WAS REALLY DOING NOTHINGGG ) weight - didnt hop on the scale 2day .. 147 yesterday pullups - 17 15 13 12 lat pulldown - 120 15 reps 130 12 reps 140 10 reps 150 10 reps deadlifts - 135 12 reps 145 10 reps 155 8 reps barbell bent over row - 95 12 reps 105 10 reps 115 8 reps cable seated row - 120 12 reps 120 12 reps 130 10 reps 140 8 reps ( 2 with a spot ) Hammer-Strength one-arm-iso-row - 2 plates 12 reps 2 plates 10 reps 3 plates 8 reps ( 2 with a spot ) energy - 5/5 pump- 4/5 endurance - 5 /5 strength - 4/5 |

| Registered User | day 3 LEGS - uped my weight alil bit 148 now ! ![]() felt pretty good not as good as first 2 days but still good .. trained legs .. did alil bit of cardio after so i didnt get real sore .. energy - 3.5/5 pump- 3/5 endurance - 4 /5 not gonna judge strength 2day because i didn't really go all that heavy haven't done legs in a real long time gotta get back in the swing of things |

| Registered User | day 5 bi ' s and tri ' s felt pretty damn good again .. but still havent got that extra rep or maybe bang out 5 lbs heavier just yet =( .. but hey its only day 5 .. energy - 4/5 pump- 4/5 endurance - 4/5 strength - 3.5/5 tomorrow is supposed to be an off day but i think i am gonna go in do light cardio , abs and traps ! well see how i am feeling tomo .. the pain is invisible, but you can't hide the scars im out here representin ALL the lil guys, the HARDGAINERS ! | Registered User | sweet .. ill follow along man .. im currently doing rpm/drive .. on my 4th day .. rpm/sizeon should give u great results too .. couple of questions .. how/when are u dosing RPM ? are u using SizeOn for Intra/Post ? If so try doing half intra and other half scoop before bed .. i read a log, and the person said taking it before bed was the best way to use sizeon.. which i believe is instructed on the label .. good luck with this cycle man |

thanks for stopping by man .. i have the sizeOn tablets so i take 8 pills in the morning .. as far as the rpm goes some ppl take it threw out the day with a meal.. but i just take 2 pills an hour b4 i train .. i think i am gonna step it up to 3 pills pre workout .. i don't feel the same way i did the first 2 days i took it .. i go 5 days on with the RPM 2 days off so i dont get immune to it .. i run the sizeOn everyday .. let me know how ur RPM and DRIVE goes the pain is invisible, but you can't hide the scars im out here representin ALL the lil guys, the HARDGAINERS ! | Registered User | oh yeh member how i said i didn't go that heavy on legs so i wouldn't get sore ... i couldn't even walk without pain .. forget about walking i couldn't even take a $hit without being in pain .. the pain is invisible, but you can't hide the scars im out here representin ALL the lil guys, the HARDGAINERS ! this is a nasty but it works .. uncapping the rpm and mixing it in a water and chug it down.. i did it and felt the energy .. i only did one cap and threw the other 2 half hr before on empty stomach. | |

| Registered User | im def gonna try that then with the 4 and 4 split .... and ill def give the uncapping the RPM a try also .. so like an hour b4 u take the uncapped one ? and a half hour later you take the 2 capped one's ? i can't believe that the powder is that much stronger im super pissed off now ! the pain is invisible, but you can't hide the scars im out here representin ALL the lil guys, the HARDGAINERS !
