    Day 23 Part B

    2 cups chix/rice
    3 cheeseburgers- benefit bbq

    Aggression bad today. Not sure what it is, more biatchy than normal thats for sure.

    Doms still very prominent in legs today, tris and bis are both sore from workout......

    This is total BS......... Recovery from this ****e is worthless.

    Sleep is the same as always, diet and water intake is about the same.......

    I miss that AX-LX-PCS-ZMA stack........I killed myself, and got very little DOMS........... Felt like superman on it....

    Dinner still to come.

    Water tons of it........Sweated bad today.

    Getting ready to take a PC shake.

    Tri's are definately tender as well as bi's......I dont get it. I even took extra animal paks this week.

    No AM weight recorded, Up and going.......Proabably 185 with my hog session last nite

    food so far

    PC shake-breakfast
    Spin Artichoke Dip with chips local restaurant
    Reuben Sandwich
    Ice tea, Sweet/low

    Also had Healty choice Turkey/vegetable dinner. I was away from home, had to eat.

    Also had 1 oven toppers fish(tilapia) brussel sprouts, 1/4 cup brown rice

    Late night junk- Banquest Chix finger dinner with mac and brownie.........lol.

    I cant stop eating.

    T minus 5 days and counting.........Then onto a 60 day CL stack. I am hoping the red acid G2 and Reduction products will have some appetite suppression. I need it........LOL.

    I Bought some Purple wrath, xtend and some aminos today at vitamin world. On sale of course.

    I am such a supplement junky...Its sad actually...... I spent less on other recreational "supplements" in my partying days.......

    I still have DOMS in triceps from Thursdays Workout.........Hopefully gone tomorrow.

    I must repeat. Unless you can get this IDS 17HM dirt cheap or have it already dont go out and buy it. Very disappointed.

    Had a Turkey Club Sandwich from QT, Animal pack and Water PRewo along side my 17HM.

    Workout was
    Incline Bench
    Inlcine DB
    Hammer Bench, shoulders
    Fly machine SS with
    Seated Push machine.

    Decent workout, I was on a time crunch. I was in and out with the quikness.

    Dinner was- Whole package of Ludig Turkey, 1 LF cottage cheese, then 1.5 scoops Gold Standard whey-Trop Punch.

    Chest a tad tight. nothing noticeble yet.

    Tonight will be squats, no deads for awhile. I am sticking to squats once a week for awhile until my weight goes up. 225 ATG in sets of 4X8 is my goal. My ATG is ATG.

    I will do some calf raises and the squat sled machine, maybe some leg extensions also.

    Back on chix and rice, all week... Water, tons of it.

    did i mention 17HM sucks????????? I got nothing, but nausea from it..........actually got weaker from previous stack.

    6 amino caps. split between 10 am and 12 pm meal, and 12pm meal and 230 meal.

    Thinking about dosing some vitamin C............Doms is going to be sick tomorrow........... All of it hurts. Calves, quads, hams and qlutes.......

    I have a bruise and chaf***e on the back of my neck/trap area from the bar..... I basically did squats non stop.........They became breathing squats......lol

    Anywho..........I will try to eat sensible tonight.....

    Overall I think the diet and the other supps i take normally, did more for me than the 17HM...........

    I will be selling the other bottle........Cheap......

    If you havent noticed already, 17HM is a preworkout booster at its best. I could see dosing both caps for preworkout and it doing its job, so to speak.

    Maybe I am a non responder. Maybe I take too many other supps, which is a possiblity....Either way, I wasnt too impressed with 17HM. Like many others.......

    Overall review, get it cheap, take both caps preworkout. Neutral.

    Day 30 Part B- Babble session from hell.

    3 cups chix rice
    1 chicken ceasar wrap- hillshire

    Dinner was Omega/Flax Natural Peanut butter- 1/2 cup, 1/4 cup nuts, 1/2# roast beef.

    Final Review is neutral. I think it played little to no part in my gains or loss'........ Diet and mental focus varied from day to day, as did my workouts.......I think my weight at its lowest was 177 and my highest was 184...... which i am at now. I need to weigh 170-175 in all honesty.

    Anyways My CL stack is going to be two fold. Its going to be sick. And not all natural.

    Sesaglow 3 caps ED-60 days
    Red Acid G2-First 30 days
    Reduction- Second 30 days

    I will be stacking it with 115mg/ED 19-nor=Tren X. Yes for 60 days. I will be using cycle support all 60 days. I have used 90mg ED in the past with decent response. It took 4 weeks for it to Kick in for me. I only ran for 4 weeks.

    My pct will 60 days of the following.

    PCS=Stoked
    Activate Xtreme
    Lean Xtreme
    ZMA

    I have L-tor on hand, I will also have Clomid.

    I will then do 4 weeks of 6-oxo Xtreme 10,8,6,4. More Resveratrol.

    Dont hate on me. This will be 5 months of an xtreme lifting and body transformation.

    I have many other ancilleries to go with these 5 months. If the need arises.
