  1. No prob man. 3.5 is enough to notice something. How many carbs are taking with your doses? Are you eating carbs with your other meals that arent with AP?

  2. Sorry for no posts guys been busy with school and football and the such. Workouts going good although not a whole lot of change has taken place but im still goin hard. I usually take in anywhere from 40-50 complex carbs with each dosing and yes i take in a good amount of carbs with all meals atm just because im trying to keep energy up and recovery time to the minimum. I am definately more vascular though, just dont have the 22" pythons
