There isnt just a best fat burner there are many many different kinds out there its really what works best for you. I have used Lipo 6, Hot Rox, Methyl Ripped, and Methyl Ripped Hardcore! all great products and you'll definately notice the difference in them and which one works best for you, so go out there and buy one, besides that LOTS OF CARDIO we all hate it but its what does it!
