TheUnlikelyToad, can you say more? Would these only increase leptin for those below 5% BF? What about supplements that decrease leptin sensitivity? I question the value of decreasing leptin sensitivity, even for those of us who have trouble eating much. I'll try to listen to this SHR episode again. Perhaps Mahler addressed the systemic benefit of high leptin sensitivity even for those of us who seek to gain LBM?
