If you keep track of your training meticulously.. I need some people who keep track of their Physical Strength .. like the days you hit Personal Best Lifts.. or if you keep notes in your training diary like "I just didn't have it today" - "Low energy" or "Tired today" "Felt Really Strong Today" etc. .. I am doing a show next week on a somewhat forgotten pseudo-science that is supposed to be able to predict people's optimal Strength Days and I want to do some preliminary debunking to see if the days you were the strongest or the weakest would have been predicted using this formula...
