Non methyl 2-ene (in 3AD) has an anabolic to androgenic # of 150:40 whereas 1-AD has an a:a of 200:100 however 1-androsterone (1-Dhea) needs 2 steps to convert. The question is subjective. Both are weak compared to most hormones currently available.
