Bigger dose before WO,or spread evenly?

I have always read to spread the doses evenly and I agree with this for steady hormone levels,and better recovery.Others are saying that higher doses before a wo will give better wo's.Then spread the rest out afterwards.So maybe 3 pre training,then two evenly afterwards,or whatever it may be.So far three have said it has personally given better wo's........Any input?And we're talking things like havoc,m drol etc.....not things like methoxy tst that are purely androgenic.

not sure about designers, but i take my full dose of dbol pre workout. pumps and strength are nuts

when you do this pre-workout like this, how long before the workout? 1 hour?

I got much more out of workouts on Epi when dosing 20mg pre w/o than when I dosed 10mg. Think it depends on your overall dose. If your taking 40mg or more I advise taking at least 20mg preworkout. I tried 30mg pre w/o one day and was a great w/o.
