Clen & muscle mass retention
I keep reading conflicting things, some say that any anabolic effects are only apparent in certain animals excluding humans. Others say that Clen does help you retain muscle mass, just not as effectively in humans due to a smaller number of certain tissue fibers in the human body vs. something like cattle, etc. So, experienced people who have actually used clen and have personal experience, can you help me get this straight?
Clen not only works as a thermogenic, but does also help retain muscle mass on a strict cutting diet, yes or no?

I would love some more input and also some links to something a lil more substantial than just 'no' please.

Clen isnt catabolic like T3, and I know people are going to point at some of the literature that shows it is ANTIcatabolic, but it isnt going to preserve muscle....it wont waste it, but preserve it, no.

I saw that thread and just knew it was aimed at me...LOL...thats why I put a disclaimer in my post...I am aware of the literature out there, as I indicated, I just think its skewed. First off, show me someone who is capable of running OVER 700 MICROGRAMS! I have prepped people who couldnt tolerate 20mcgs....Secondly, and I know this will sound arrogant but oh well, I can promise you I have prepped and worked with a hundred times more people than the researchers have dealt with....I dont see it. I'll say it over and over....its not going to eat muscle, but any muscle preserving effects are going to be so miniscule you'd be better off using viagra...Lots of studies look great on paper, yet never yield the same results once used in bodybuilding circles....

I can buy this...I just believe the benefits are too minimal to make a difference to a bodybuilder.

if that isn't a typo, I may try to ramp my way up, and see where it tops off
the worst of the side affects disappear by the 5th or 6th day over 100mcg in my experience, and i've gone as high as 150, feeling better than I did the first few days at 20-60

Good luck....Ive had several females who could get to 200mcgs, including my wife, but 720 is asinine....
