| Registered User | post bold results, next cycle advice Well, it is 2 months after my first ph experience. I had what I think are great results from what everyone says is the weakest of ph's. I ran Bold at 800mg ed for 8 weeks. I gained a solid 12lbs of lbm and kept fat the same. I had a bodpod body composition test at 6 weeks into the cylce that proved it all lbm. I did have some shrinkage and complete loss of libido. All was back to normal after my PCT. Now 2 months after I am fully recovered and preparing for the next cycle. I have kept all my gains but I have added 3-4lbs of fat during PCT. I am thinking of running Havoc for 4 weeks at 10, 20, 30, 40. I have everything in place support sups as well as PCT. I finished Bold 1st week of May and PCT ended end of May. When should I look to start my next cycle? Any advice on using a different product? I also experience the fat gain during PCT. Any advice on how to avoid fat during PCT would be helpful. I continued eating excess through PCT because I heard it was necassary to keep your gains. My PCT was nolva and 6oxo ramped up then down. |

2 inches on your arms? Yikes, any stretch marks? 15lbs of LBM looks like you had a succescul cycle. You might want to take some time to settle into your new body before starting another cycle. You have to understand that 15lbs could be a year natural, so its a lot of stress on your body. Plus letting your hormones etc calm down first. | |

| Registered User | Diet while on was an average of 3300 cals day of 250/350/100 p/c/f. I have had a tremendous change over the span of a year. I started March 07 at 265lbs and about 40% fat. My first bodpod was 243lbs 158lbm and 85lbs fat 35% f and I slowly progressed with a very strict diet and exercise down to 201lb at 165lb lean in jan 08. I was much smaller and was not happy with my new tiny body. Yes my arms grew 2" but that is because they shrunk 3" with the almost a year of dieting. I think I put so much weight on because I finally started eating. I stayed around 2000 cals a day from March 07 to Jan 08. I was trying desperately to see some definition only to find out there was very little muscle under all that fat. No, I dont have any stretch marks but like I said I started with 16" fatceps so my arms have actually shrunk. My current diet is around 2800 cals but there are way too many weekend long eating out excursions and I have been adding some unwanted fat. I cant seem to get back to a strict diet. I have been able to keep or increase the strength I gained while on but I can tell a huge difference with the volume. I cannot do near as many sets as I could while on cycle. I am trying to go about all this as intelligently as I can and I learned a lot about my body with the first Bold cycle. I still have a lot to figure out and everyone in the forum has been very helpful. Thanks |

| Registered User | I decided to focus on a small 2-3 week cut diet, drop 3-4 pounds before I go ahead with the havoc. Here is the Cycle I decided on: Havoc 10mg first 2 days 20 1st week 20 2nd week 30 3rd week 40 4th week adjust if needed Tamoxifene citrate 40/40/20/20 6oxo 4caps for a week then 3 a week then 2 starting 4th week of PCT. Not sure if I should try a cortisol blocker do they really help hold fat at bay? Diet will be 3000-3300 cals a day which was plenty for me to grow with Bold 250p/350c/100f. Wish me luck. I figure one of these days if I keep at it I might actually look like a body builder ![]() |
