HI.
i'm a 23 years hold boy. I do gym and sprint (ricreational).
I'm 1.78cm x 75kg at 8% BF (DXA).
I start epistane to:
gain weight, no much, 3-4 kg.
gain a lot of strenght
lose bf or stay the same.

I take epistane, it's my 11 day
i took 10 (4 days) now i'm on 20mg
my diet is approx:
meal1: 100 gr oat / 500 gr yogurt + whey (25). 1 apple
meal2: 500 gr vegetable. 100 gr rice. 200 gr meat or fish. oil.
meal3: whey + 50 gr carbo
meal4. whey + 75 gr carbo.
meal5: meat 200 gr + vegetable + a food rich in carbo and fat (pizza, bread, pasta and so on).

supplements. fish oil 3gr omega3. tirosine,magnesium, vitamin C, 1day/week N-acetilcisteine. vitamin b.

training:
day 1: sprint (300-400 m total, 6x60 or similar) weight. squat (eccentric 5 set, 6-10''+ concentric 5 set x 5 reps). deadlift eccentric + power clean. glute ham raise.
day2: tempo run 1500 m total (4x4x100 at 70%). bench press/military press/dip 5x3 reps
day3: soccer, ricreational
day4: tempo run + med ball + light weight (biceps, shoullder9
day5: sprint (300 m total, 4x30 + 4x40) weight squat, deadlift 5x5.
day 6: tempo run 2000 m (4x5x100) + weight bench/military/dip 4-5x5-6
day 7: rest

in 11 day i go from 73.6 to 75 kg, BF the same.
it's my first time on cycle. i don't feel like i'm doped, i don't notice a great change in my mirror.
any advice?

10mg is a very small dose. So is 20. I'd say up your dose to 30mg per day for a week and see how that goes. At your weight, that should be a good dose.

now i take 20mg. the next week i start to take 30mg until the bottle finish.
diet and training is good in youropinion?

Honestly I don't think your doing enough lifting to make it worth while to be doing steroids. I'd be doing at least 5 sets of 3 different exercises all involving the same muscle group, with the rep range depending on your goals. For example, it looks like you did chest today. I'd do flat bench, 5 sets of 10 reps, then incline bench, 5 sets of 10 reps, then dips supersetted with pec deck (cause they are right next to each other in my gym) 5 sets each till failure, or dumbell flies supersetted with cable crosses till failure.

And I don't know a thing about running, so I can't comment on that.

yes, but i do 1hour sprint, more 30'weight, i don't know if doing 3 exercise x 5 set x 5 reps i can tolerate it.
now i'm doing 2 exercise x body part x day, 5day a week2 upper, 2 lower, 1 mixed

ah, the bench work is 5 eccentric + 5x 3. dip is 4 isometric + 5x3 work.
the same whit squat and dead (other day)
other 2 day i do 4x6 squat /dead and complemetary
or bench and dip 4x6
other day i do biceps, triceps, shoulder and calf

so. an update.
this is my 4 week of epistane. but i Did only 1 day at 30. the other at 20 mg.
The strenght is definitely up:
squat: 140kg x 5 reps
Dead: 140 x 2 reps
Bench: 100 x 1 reps.
My sprint time are not improved, i think the great amount of Training is not good for sprint.
I have gained only 2 kg (4.4 lb)
now i go to take 30. than 40 for a total of 6 week! i don't know if this is too high or too long. is my first time. but i taked it at 10 mg for 4 day, than 3 week at 20.

I have on my hand same Tamoxifene.
Support cicle: no much, only tirosine, Omega3, Protein.

I want to do the last 2 week at 30 and 40 and to eat a lot (i eat 3500 kcal a day, but i run and i train 5/week) to put some lean muscle and then I go to PCT whit tamoxi and go to a stricter diet to lean up
